Excellent experience! The care and quality of service were outstanding. Jevonah was amazing, and the doctors were professional, kind, and caring. Going to the dentist usually gives me a lot of anxiety, but this visit was completely different. They made me feel comfortable from start to finish. I highly recommend this office!

Dr. Basti at TLC Dentistry is our family’s dentist, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. She is incredibly patient, takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout your visit. My daughter used to dislike going to the dentist, but after seeing Dr. Basti, she now looks forward to her checkups and cleanings. That alone says so much about the exceptional care she provides. I can’t say enough about Dr. Basti professionalism, kindness, and patience. The entire staff is friendly, and the office is warm and welcoming. I moved to TLC Dentistry about 5 months ago. They are caring, competent, and super thorough with all procedures. I had left a dentist I had been with for most of my adult life, but kept missing things. I feel so blessed to have chosen TLC, everything is done in their office. Everyone is completely focused on your particular procedure. I’ve had 3 or 4 so far that, cause of not getting taken care of earlier, were much worse. However, they have been taken care of now. At 67 years old, almost 68, teeth are not to be taken for granted. Love them, thanks TLC!

Good staff in particular the hygienist and dentist (owner I believe) are awesome! I had a couple concerns I voiced that I was not happy about and it was resolved and handled so well. That’s what good customer service is all about. The office wrote me a handwritten letter apologizing and corrected the issue quickly. They are very busy so they definitely do not need my business but anyone who takes the time and care as they did should make the decision easy when looking for a new dentist. Well done.

TLC Family Dentistry in Huntington Beach is such a cozy, welcoming spot, the office is beautifully designed, spotless, and feels like a warm hug from the moment you walk in. The whole team is so thoughtful and caring, making every visit genuinely special. Dr. Sepideh Basti is the cutest, sweetest doctor I’ve ever met, and truly the best dentist out there. I was suffering with a molar cavity for a full month, constant throbbing pain ruining my sleep, eating, and every day. When I finally got to her office, desperate for help, she took me right in with her gentle touch, incredible skill, and that adorable, heartfelt compassion that just melts you. She eased all that agony like it was nothing, caring for me in a way that felt so personal and sweet I’ll be forever grateful. She’s got the biggest heart and the sweetest smile. If you’re near Huntington Beach, go see Dr. Basti you’ll feel so lucky, just like I do.

I have been going to TLC for several years now, and everyone I have encountered has always been professional and kind, from the front desk staff to the hygienists, Dr. Jacque, and Dr. Basti. They always fit me in for emergencies and never give me a hard time when I need to reschedule. I also appreciate that they don't rush me out the door and they truly take the time to provide quality care. I live almost 40 minutes away and still make the trip because it's hard to find this level of care, and they always make me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about TLC Dentistry in Huntington Beach! Dr. Basti and her entire team truly go above and beyond when it comes to patient care and customer service. From the moment you walk in to being seated, you genuinely feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Dr. Jacque is incredibly attentive and fully transparent about treatment options and costs. She takes her time explaining everything thoroughly and never pressures you into procedures you’re not ready for — they always prioritize your best interest. What really stood out to me is how responsive they are — if I ever have additional concerns or questions, they personally reach out and respond quickly. I truly appreciate that level of care and communication. Grateful to have found a team I can truly trust. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience due to a lack of transparency around insurance and pricing and the quality of work performed. At no point before treatment did the office clearly disclose that they were out of network with my insurance. I only learned this after the fact when my insurance provider informed me, which resulted in me being charged significantly more than I reasonably should have paid. It was only later that the doctor stated that this office is out of network with all insurance providers, something that should have been clearly disclosed before any treatment was performed. When I first raised this concern, the doctor asked me to provide a fee schedule so we could compare costs and “possibly come to an agreement.” To be clear, I was not asking for a full refund , I simply asked to be charged a reasonable and fair rate, given that their out-of-network status was not disclosed prior to treatment. In addition to the billing concerns, I continued to experience issues with the crown placed on my molar after treatment. As a result, I now have to seek care from a different dentist to correct the problem, which has added even more unexpected cost and frustration. Ultimately, the office relied on technicalities rather than accountability. They refused to reimburse the excess amount already paid, despite acknowledging confusion around how the insurance discussion was handled. Patients deserve clear communication, transparency, and quality care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this office confirm insurance network status in writing and fully understand potential costs before proceeding with treatment.
