BEWARE!!! Originally they quoted $400 for a deep cleaning/scaling. Once I came into the office they charged $1500 instead. Bait and switch! I already took time off work and had sticker shock. Absolutely unacceptable. No amount of “niceness” is worth falling for bait and switch. The hygienist did not check my x-rays nor did the doctor come in to check my teeth.

I had a very pleasant experience with Tomlinson Dental. All the office staff were polite and had great customer support. All during the exam process I was explained what was happening. They really want to get to know you. The doctor was outstanding and also explained any issues with me. My experience with Tomlinson Dental was great and I recommend them for dental care. Thanks for making feel comfortable and being concerned about my personal dental care.

I needed a second opinion with questions concerning a recent dental procedure at another dentist. I found Dr Tomlinson on Google and called to see if they took my insurance and explained my situation to the receptionist. She said they had availability for 2 pm for me to be seen. I went and the office is brand new and beautiful. I especially love the fact that the doctor and staff are all melanated. That also made me feel very comfortable. I met Dr Tomlinson and her staff and they are all so very pleasant and knowledgeable. They took care of me and eased my worry. I would highly recommend this dentist office to everyone that is looking for a good clean dentist office with staff that's kind and helpful. Thank you so much Dr Tomlinson and staff.

My experience today was absolutely wonderful. I usually don’t enjoy going to the dentist, but from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I felt completely comfortable. The entire team was incredibly professional, welcoming, and caring. They made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I truly recommend this dental office to everyone looking for a great dentist. It was my first time at Tomlinson dental and it went great! The hygienist was very thorough and knowledgeable. She allowed me to have a numbing gel on my gums which I always request due to sensitivity. The staff was very nice and welcoming as well. I would highly recommend.

My new patient visit at Tomlinson Dental was amazing. Staff were very pleasant and friendly; making sure to speak to every patient in the waiting room as each one of them came back in from lunch. Millie was my dental assistant and she was very gentle and sweet. Dr. McDonald made sure to explain in detail about my oral care and answer any questions I had.
