I’d rather cry in pain and wait until my primary dentist is available to extract a tooth or whatever I may need before I go back here!!!!!!! Staff was kind won’t take that from them but when getting a tooth extracted normally when you get the shot of numbing medicine they let you sit to let it take effect so you won’t feel pain but this dentist (female) don’t remember her name shot me three times and then proceeded to pull the tooth and when I yelled and told her I could feel that she says oh let me put more and I was shot a total of 8 times but if she just waited then it would have went down smoother!!!!
If you are ever in Nashville and experience a dental emergency, I highly recommend Dr. Johnny Williams at the Tooth Extraction Clinic! It was one of the best dental experiences I've had. Dr. Williams, along with his assistant, Virlena, and staff were kind, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. The appointment was easy to make. I was in and out. And, the services are affordable! All of the great reviews you see about Dr. Williams...I can attest...are true!

I brought my wife to this clinic almost five hours ago for her wisdom teeth extraction. While the staff and facilities were clean, the timeliness of her prescription was a complete and utter failure. Her appointment was at 8:40, and we were out the door by about 10:40. It is now 1:30 and after calling the clinic several times, and having somebody wrongly confirm they were putting her pain medication prescription in to the system of the pharmacy we use around noon, I am just now hearing it has actually been put in to the system. My wife’s numbing has all but worn off, and is without medication strong enough to control the severe pain she is in because of this negligence. The only reason I’m not rating it 1 or 2 stars is because of the people that worked on her and who we spoke with prior. They were fantastic, efficient, professional, and kind.
This place truly deserved 10 stars. They were over the top with compassion, patience and understanding. I had to take my son there to have major dental work done which kept us there for hours. I'm a diabetic and have to eat so I don't get sick. Their policy is that I couldn't leave until they were done with my son. Once I explained my dilemma they offered to go get me something to eat and bring it back and I accepted their kindness. The office manager and the other ladies and gents all were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend anyone who needs a tooth extraction to go to Tooth Extraction Clinic in Hendersonville!! Thank you so much!!
I felt very rushed through my visit after waiting a little over 30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. I see that many other patients were calmed by the staff, but I definitely felt more anxious. They go through instructions very quickly and didn't really say anything encouraging when I expressed that I was nervous. Also, I told the clerk at the front that I didn't want teeth pulled that day, and this was never communicated to the other staff because they sat me down in a chair and asked which ones they'd be taking care of today. I decided not to get my care here. The prices are nice though, didn't waste too much getting the xray.
They got me in quick when I needed an emergency tooth extraction after an abscess had occurred. My tooth had an extensive cavity and wasn’t an easy one but they removed it fully and without any pain. Very caring and honest every step of the way. Also, personally did a follow up call. Would recommend 100% and go back again. Thanks Dr.Duckworth and Maria! Very happy with the results.
Excellent friendly people. Had to wait a little while in the waiting room but it wasn't a big deal because you could tell they were doing everything they could and always ensured they didn't forget about you. Soon as I got in the room the process was quick, painless and I was in and out and at home with no tooth pain. They genuinely care about you and your time. I highly recommend this place and will be back in the future if needed. Dr. Duckworth was friendly and professional. 5 star experience for me .
1/29/19 went this afternoon and had all four of my wisdom teeth removed . Doctor Williams was very friendly and informative. The extractions were painless and I was never in any discomfort! Truly impressed and thankful for them ! I Highly recommend them to anybody needing a tooth removed !
