Toothbar is the best! The people, the space, the tech and the location.
Dr. Bakke treats her patients with excellent care and consideration. I trust her because she always takes the time to clearly explain what kind of care she thinks is most appropriate, perfectly blending calm and professional expertise. She puts me at ease, makes me laugh, and is also incredibly patient and kind.
Came in as a new patient and enjoyed the experience. Everyone on staff was helpful and full of positive energy. Thank you to Brittany (please don’t hurt me with the needle next cleaning if I spelled the Brittany wrong) for making me feel comfortable and for the cleaning. Thank you also to Dr. Gibbons for her expertise and clear explanation on what all I needed done or should consider in order to maintain a healthy mouth and bright smile. You get two hours of free parking in the parking garage. They have a good taste in music. Everything was clean and welcoming. Thank to the ladies at Toothbar.

Honestly cannot recommend enough!! I’ve always been so anxious at the dentist, which is why I’ve chosen Toothbar. Every hygienist and dentist truly cares about their patients. I recently saw Rachel and Dr. Bakke, and was very impressed how kind and thorough they were. 10/10 recommend.
I had such a great experience at Toothbar today. I went in for an emergency appointment after dealing with really bad sensitivity in my front teeth, and after not getting many answers from another dentist in East Austin, I was honestly pretty stressed. Toothbar got me in same day and immediately made me feel taken care of. Everyone was so kind and welcoming from the second I walked in. Check in was quick, the office is super nice, and they even gave me a blanket and TV while I waited which made it feel way less “dentist office” and way more relaxing. But the biggest shoutout goes to Dr. Andrea Bakke. She was AMAZING. So thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything, rule out different possibilities, and gave me more helpful information than I’ve gotten anywhere else about what could actually be causing this issue. I finally felt like someone was really listening and trying to get to the root of the problem instead of rushing me out the door. She also gave me a referral and guidance for the condition she suspects I may have, which honestly saved me a ton of time and frustration. I left feeling relieved, informed, and actually optimistic. Hands down the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend Toothbar and Dr. Andrea Bakke. I’ll definitely be coming back and sending friends and family here too.

What business in the new world is all about. 9/10 service, 9/10 delivery, and 9/10 pricing. Amazing systems for reminders. Admin staff - Krystal - are amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, and results oriented. Dental techs - Selinda - are friendly, focused, and show attention to detail and client care. Dentists - Dr. Gibbons - are always kind while being direct about what needs to be done and what isn’t worth worrying about. Clearly a company with a good culture. Been avoidant of dentists my whole life due to negative experiences. Here I don’t feel that way.
