Very disappointed with the service here the employees are very rude and talk about the customers when they hang up with them in front of other customers. Very dirty and once they called me and confused my daughter with another patient. Also scheduled an appointment when the office was closed I was receiving emails and texts that she had an appointment and when we arrived the office was closed. They also canceled an appointment because they said they didn't have enough employees. So unprofessional. Im so sick of this place. But unfortunately my daughter has to continue coming here because she has braces from this place as well. No thank you im not calling corporate seems like a waste of time I see alot of other people saying the same thing in past post and obviously you haven't changed anything the office is so filthy and your workers are still so rude and unprofessional. I dont know why people lie and say they had a good experience here if thats so far from the truth people should stay away from this place im going to report them to medicaid. One thing I forgot to mention that when they were putting on her braces THEY broke her crown literally a month after they put it on and still to this day they are just giving us the run around and haven't put her new one on yet its been like 6 months im so frustrated with this place. People should not come here this place should be shut down.!!!!!

Donot come to this orthodontist bad service.i purchase braces for my daughter here and i regret it . They canceled one appointment couldn’t help me with last appointment due to no staff and third appointment was never in the system. So my daughter has been with broken braces for 4 months . Horrible service. I will definitely cancel them immediately.

My son had appointment and we had to wait 30 before he was called to the back to be seen. This was not the first time that this happened to us and the clark up front was rude and never gave me eye contact when speaking to me. We will be going back to this office.

this place is unorganized appointments are scheduled but are not seen until an hour later empty waiting room and had us fill out paperwork after sitting in waiting room for over 20 minutes! need improvement or new employees because it looks like none of the receptionist want to work just in there phones doing nothing

I had a very disappointing experience here. The office appeared unclean, and the scheduling was chaotic; my appointment was changed three times within a 24-hour window. I ultimately had to call and insist on my original time. Once I arrived, I wasn't told the hygienist had called out until after my X-rays were taken. Had I been informed upfront, I would have rescheduled. The dentist’s exam lasted barely a minute and felt like a sales pitch. She pushed for a night guard simply because "insurance covers it" and "everyone needs one," rather than citing any clinical evidence from my exam. I felt like a target for insurance billing rather than a patient. If you want quality care where you aren't just a number, I highly recommend Gloss Dental instead.

I had a wonderful first experience at Topaz Dentistry! This was my very first time ever being at a dentist and I was very happy with my experience and how passionate everyone seemed about dental health! I personally had Dr Banes and Hygienist Stephanie help me out, very very nice and kind. They were also very informative about the questions I had and answered everything. I wanted to personally thank and shout out Stephanie (the hygienist) for doing my routine cleaning and setting me up with a treatment plan! She was so very kind, helpful, and overall made my experience very pleasant! I will definitely be back during my next routine cleaning, and recommend this for everybody! (Also thank you Stephanie for all the compliments about my teeth, I feel so confident now knowing I have great teeth!)

First time visit for my kids after so long of not being able to see a dentist. They took exceptional care of my babies. They handle bigger procedures with children so carefully and answer any and all questions you have! 😭💖 so so grateful for this whole team

Front office was horrible not welcoming at all, they didn’t greet me when I signed in. They were very busy talking loudly together about their personal stuff. Sat there for about 15 mins before I walked back up to registration desk and told them I had been waiting and then she finally checked me in. Mind you I was the only one sitting in the waiting area. The staff in the back and dentist were very polite and professional totally different experience than the front office. They took care of me in the back and got me in and out in a timely manner with my cleaning and recommendations.

Went in for an extraction of my wisdom tooth! The staff were very nice and helpful! Since I had no insurance they offered an alternative solution a reasonable financial solution.. The Dental assistant and Dentist removed my the bothersome wisdom tooth in less than 5 min...definitely earned a 5star rating from.. 😬
