Not set up for urgent patients I called with an infected molar after a failed extraction attempt elsewhere and explained that I'm self-pay and needed help soon. The office wouldn't give even a rough price range, required $210 upfront for a consultation a week away, and couldn't say when the extraction might actually happen. I understand an exact quote needs an exam, but a ballpark range and a timeline are reasonable to ask for when you're in pain with an infection. The reviews describe great care once you're in the chair. That may be true, but if you have an urgent problem or no insurance, you may want to call elsewhere first.
Wow, I was just google reviewing my primary dentist whom I have had for the past 9 years already since I haven’t given her one yet since I’m new to google reviews and when I was finished I was beyond stunned to stumble upon this wonderful doctor’s name again after all these years! So I’ll definitely give him a review! Well, I still remember that wisdom tooth extraction surgery I had with him (very well) even if it was 9 years ago already! It was the right bottom one. I first went to Dr. Hamzepour for that horrible tooth ache in the far right bottom back of my mouth and she x-rayed it and found out it was my right bottom wisdom tooth growing. So she referred me to Dr. Yagoubian since I needed anesthesia for it to be removed. I couldn’t handle it being awake! So I went to him for my consultation and was scared but he told me sweetly that the sooner we do the surgery, the sooner you’ll feel better and it’ll be painless. So I braved it out and showed up for my oral surgery that morning. I think it was June 16th 2017 and a Friday so I’m glad I had the whole weekend to rest afterwards. So I was NPO, but I couldn’t sleep that whole night and I even told his hygienists who were assisting him how nervous I was and couldn’t sleep that night before. They told him and he made everything funny and lighthearted. He said well, she’ll sleep well tonight knowing that this is over and will go to the beach tomorrow and relax. And he said other funny and sweet things and I felt much better especially when they reassured me and said that we’ll take good care of you hon and started singing all these silly songs to me. I would have laughed out loud but there was already surgical equipment in my mouth and the anesthesia was already kicking in! Yes, definitely Dr. Yagoubian and his nurses (OMG, I even still remember their names, Suzanne and Marlene!) were wonderful! A very fun surgery I will never forget! I had the bottom left wisdom tooth removed by another oral surgeon 2 years earlier but he wasn’t even half as fun and nice as Dr. Yagoubian and his hygienists and other staff. I was going to get the top wisdom teeth removed the year after too by him but according to Dr. Hamzepour, they never grew according to the annual x-rays she’s been giving me over all these years. But if they ever miraculously grow someday , I’ll definitely ask her to refer me to him again! So in conclusion, Dr. Yagoubian is a wonderful dentist and oral surgeon. His whole staff is wonderful too. One of the best and most wonderful oral surgeons in the world! I recommend him highly! Very sweet and funny! A+ infinity and 100 stars from me too!
My son had an amazing experience with his wisdom teeth removal. From the consultation to the procedure and recovery, the entire staff was professional, kind, and made my son feel comfortable. Dr. Yagoubian is very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure we felt at ease through the process. I am so happy with my visit and results after seeing Dr. Yagoubian and team. Special shoutout to Jessica who was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience- booking my appointment, the initial consultation, recommended treatment plan, and execution was pleasant. (As pleasant as a tooth extraction and implant can be, haha) The office itself is very impressive! It is modern with the latest up to date technology and they play great music. just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth out on july 8th and it’s now day 5 i feel so much better it is a process after of course just like any surgery would be but the actual surgery was a piece of cake thank you guys!

Got all 4 wisdom teeth yanked plus some bone grafting and I had zero swelling or pain beyond the day of surgery. Felt totally fine the day after, plus surgery itself was super easy and smooth. It takes a great surgeon for recovery to be that easy, definitely recommend.
