One of the worst experience in my life, it all about the money and see how can they do a surgery without even trying something else. Rude staff, she is very condescending , go to another dentist that has empathy towards the patience and their pockets.

I am so happy and grateful for the treatment my daughter received today. You are the best, from Dr. Torres to all the staff. Thank you.

The surgery was successful. The hygienists are excellent and the staff has always been friendly and responsible. I am very grateful with the services provided to me from Dr. Torres . I have seen Dr. Torres for over a year now. She is a gem and the whole staff is priceless!! If you need an excellent periodontist and talented staff, this is the office I highly recommend.

So I intentionally switched insurances so that I could have my periodontal work that I needed covered at the beginning of the year. I have been a Patient of Dr. Torres a few years prior and I was returning to her, I have since beentrying since the beginning of the year to just simply get a cleaning and have the four quadrants deep cleaned as she recommended in a treatment plan along with other things I was told that they had sent in information for a preapproval to see what was covered. I waited almost a month and a half to two months and still never heard anything. I then called back and they said they would put the request in again. Nothing happened. Now we’re here and I have sent my insurance information to them and called the insurance company for them to get approval. This was almost 3 weeks ago. It takes 7 to 10 days according to my insurance company for them to respond. I called yesterday and they tell me that the preapproval was denied for the bone surgery that they wanna do which was part of the original treatment plan. I explained to them just because I have one small area where that needs to be done. Does not mean you can’t Do the deep cleanings or the basic maintenance which I’ve been waiting for since the beginning of the year They decided to call me today And said well since we can’t get the Bone surgery covered and I cannot afford to pay out-of-pocket they guess they’ll move on with doing deep cleanings or the quadrants but now they wanna send a request for approval for these things which you do not need from my insurance.

I had a great experience today in Dr. Torres office. Front staff was friendly with a warm welcome ! I was quickly brought back for my surgery where we discussed what was happening. I am an individual with a lot of questions and they were very patient with answering them all. We discussed all my options for upcoming care , and made a group decision on what was best. I like that I did not feel pressured to do anything and in the end I think I will get great care for the next surgery !! Will be back. Thanks to the entire team
