was redirected from the 1515 north avenue location to go to the 1501 w saratoga location just for it to be also closed with no prior warning or anything before i was sent there.
Delivery Service sucks. Weekend delivery, FedEx got package for delivery on Friday BUT WAITED UNTIL Monday to deliver. Girl had some nerve to tell me I had enough to last. Girl if that was the case why would I then waste my time reaching out about something if I had enough to last the weekend basically calling me a liar. Aug 1 was the last 1 I had. Period. At 5800.00 a bottle I think I would freaking know what I have and dont. So unprofessional. My case manager was supposed to submit this document via a text message link I sent. Almost an entire month later, she still hadnt done it then stepped to me as if she was doing me a favor instead of just being not that productive at her workload. I keep talking to my doctor about chronic pain management and she is starting to piss me off. The dentist wanted to extract just 1 tooth so how long would it have taken to extract 10, whereas school of dentistry did all 10 in 1 sitting/day. Now they are debating on funds or who will do this like dumb adult children instead of focusing on ME the most important aspect. Like how many people does it take to comprehend the term Reimbursement for services performed. If they don't start back my dental work, someone's getting fired. I put that on everything.
Been going to THC since I was born. They offer any services you need and get you referrals for any service they can't offer. They literally treat you like family when you're there. The only reason I hate going is because I always end up hugging somebody and crying.
Very nice & Very respectful staff. Especially for the area. I was born, raised, & still live in Southwest Baltimore city.Lots of clinics I've been to lots of the staff are kind of disrespectful & treat you like an addict that's only there for meds. I've never done drugs & I take offense to that because of how I'm treated. No matter your race/color/religion/age whether you're black, brown, white, yellow, green, etc deserves to be treated with respect and dignity even if you are an addict. But the staff here treated us probably the best besides SOME staff at certain other clinics/hospitals. Definitely good doctors & a good clinic to have for your PCP. This is a great choice for your medical needs.
I see doctor Winston and he is wonderful. The staff are so rude and worst of all they don’t feel your pain. I have been there since 10:30 and she kept turning me around. After everything I kept calling for hours with pain and no one answered me. I am in tears cause they don’t have an idea what I am going tru. And yes, I’ll live someday. I chose to stay cause doc Winston is an awesome man.
