Everyone at Total Dental is Awesome. Facilities are clean and staff is very welcoming and accepting. I say accepting because I have experiences in the past where care providers would make you feel bad. Not here.. I highly recommend this place to get your oral health care in line. Great experience overall. The office is beautiful and modern, and everyone was super friendly and welcoming. The dentist was thorough and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Pricing is on the higher side, but the quality of care definitely shows. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for a clean, professional Dental office.

Hygiene procedure is done so well - so very thankful for that and the hygienist. I’m knocking off 2 stars and I’m not going here anymore because in the last year or so there’s been so much change. It’s lost its charm and friendly atmosphere. Like what they say - don’t fix what’s not broken. They don’t have the front desk staff anymore and have someone working virtually greeting. There’s an art room now too - I don’t really care for this. I much prefer having a front desk staff that I can speak to in person. It really significantly changed my experience and will be going to a dentist that employs a front desk staff in person. It’s my way of supporting the locals. They also heavily use AI. I’ve gotten so many AI texts and calls. It’s very off putting and they seem like if they could they would replace the entire team too with robots and AI. Do not recommend if you prefer a friendly staff and cozy environment.
Following a month of on and off pain with my left rear molar and jaw I made a quick appointment to be checked out. After xrays ruled out any tooth problems the Doc came out checking my mouth and jaw concluding I must grind my teeth while sleeping, ugh.
