Always a pleasure to see Dr. Kohler and his friendly staff. I had Jen as my hygienist today and she was great very thorough and very friendly personality. Very efficient visit under 40 min for cleaning, xray, and visit with Dr. Kohler. Keep up the good work Dr. Kohler.
I recently became a new patient at Town and Country Dental. Both the staff and Dr. Kohler are friendly and professional. I really like that there is a 'live' person to answer the phone when calling. After one of my existing old crowns unexpectedly fell out of my mouth, Dr. Kohler was willing to fit me in same day to fix the issue. The only sticking point I have is the cancellation/rescheduling policy for appointments. Unless I missed it, as I did not see it on the new patient paperwork, this was not clear as to what the office requires for existing appointments. Especially if one gets sick unexpectedly or is experiencing some unexpected medical stuff that affects the ability to make the appointment. Also, I received conflicting info from the office when I called to reschedule (aside from the typical 24 hours advance notice) as to how many days notice they prefer when needing to reschedule.
Dr. Kohler is detail oriented and maintains a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Much advanced / high tech equipment And associated software to analyze The data and images. Creates crowns “On-site” (while you wait).
Went in with 2 broken front teeth and in 2 hours left with a beautiful smile!!! Thank you Dr Kohler. He is the best dental appointment I've every had! And the staff is awesome too!
