About Town Center Dentistry and Orthodontics

Town Center Dentistry and Orthodontics is a dental practice on East 29th Place in the Northeast area of Denver, Colorado. Orthodontic treatment straightens teeth and corrects bite problems using braces, clear aligners, or similar appliances over a period that commonly runs from about a year to several years depending on the case. It is offered to both children, where early evaluation can catch developing issues, and adults at any age.

Continuity matters in dental care — seeing the same practice over time means your history, X-rays, and any patterns in your oral health are already on file, rather than starting from scratch at each visit. That familiarity is part of what a regular dental home offers beyond any single appointment.

Dental anxiety is common, and most practices are used to working with nervous patients — through clear explanations of what is about to happen, a slower pace where needed, and sedation options for patients who want them. Avoiding the dentist out of anxiety tends to make eventual treatment more involved, not less.

Children benefit from starting dental visits early, generally by their first birthday or within six months of the first tooth coming through, mainly so they become familiar with the setting before any treatment is actually needed. Establishing that routine early tends to make ongoing checkups far less stressful for both child and parent.

Payment and insurance arrangements vary by practice and by treatment, so it is worth asking directly what is covered and what options exist for anything that is not, rather than assuming either way. Getting that clarified before treatment starts avoids surprises once it is underway.

Beyond any single treatment, most dental visits start with an examination — checking for decay, reviewing the gums, and looking at existing fillings or crowns — often alongside X-rays where there is a reason to look between or beneath teeth. That groundwork is what a dentist uses to explain any findings and set out next steps before you leave. I cracked my back molar crown this past weekend and they were able to get me in and had me out in 3 hours. Brand new crown and a cleaning. Everyone was friendly and very upfront about insurance coverage before they started any procedure. Great experience

Competent providers and staff provide an informed treatment plan. The focus is on appropriate, effective care. Friendly service, with full disclosure of service costs and insurance coverage. As enjoyable an experience as can be expected at the dentist.

I love everything about this establishment. They were able to get me in the next day for an appointment and even stayed late in order to complete my treatment. Amazing staff, from the front desk to the hygienists and the dentists! So friendly, really explained every detail of the procedure, ensured I felt comfortable at all stops, and communicated to me all costs and what insurance would pay all upfront!

Really kind staff, especially when you call with questions they take the time to help and explain things which has never been the case for me at other dentist offices. Dr. Pati is excellent and she explained everything really well without rushing and I felt like I was able to understand next steps clearly without stress. Thank you!

Town Center Dental & Implants have been extremely amazing. The doctors were extremely kind and very skilled at their craft. I received 3 crowns that look flawless. I did have to get several shots to numb the area and Dr. Patti was delicate with the placement, so much that I barely felt it. All of the staff at TCD are professional and friendly. I recommend them any time. Give them a call.

I have only had my initial visit so far. I love that the office is a little bit smaller. The dentist I saw was kind and explained what needed to be done in a clear way and took time to answer questions despite being a little rushed due to their hygienist being out sick. I haven’t had any work done at this point, but I’m thankful that they have their own crown making technology so that I don’t have to make multiple appts to get the crowns or deal with temporary crowns. I will update my review once I have had some work done, hopefully it will all be positive!
