I love this place! Never thought I’d say this about a dental office but it’s because every visit is a great experience. Dr. Chin and all the staff have always been friendly and most of all professionals. They are proficient and competent at their work.
Dr. Shin and everyone at Towngate Family Dental and Orthodontics have been amazing. I had a missing tooth for a long time because I wasn’t sure about getting an implant in the US. When a friend recommended Dr. Shin, I decided to give it a try, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, Dr. Shin explained every step clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. My procedure just finished and took about four months. My implant looks completely natural—my friends can’t even tell it’s there. Thank you to Dr. Shin and the whole team for your great work and for helping me feel confident again!

I had such a great experience. The staff were genuinely kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the whole place had a bright, positive atmosphere. During the treatment, I felt incredibly comfortable and well taken care of, which is something I really appreciate when visiting a dentist. Dr. Shin was especially wonderful, very gentle, attentive and made sure I felt at ease the entire time. Overall, it was one of the most pleasant dental visits I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!
