Been coming here for a few years now and let me tell you it's nice to have an office that takes my insurance nearby! The staff are always friendly and in my last visit the dentist was able to do my filling the same day after my cleaning. I'll continue to come here for my dental work. Overall, great location and clean office
Appointment was rescheduled 2x with the week of the appointment getting 4 calls asking me if I am coming into the alter location to which I had to correct them every time. Once at the establishment, they clearly double booked the appointment slot. I understand They were having some server issues and I was patiently waiting till their IT person came and fixed the issue before taking X-rays for a cleaning. Once the appointment started both nurses having came in while I was in the waiting room, are no where to be found to assist the dentist and I'm holding the suction myself while he sands my teeth and nothing more. No brushing, no fluoride rinse. Just some sanding a small cup half filled with water told to rinse and spit and then a discussion on what to do next about my other teeth. He sanded down the space between my lower two front teeth creating distance and a sharp space that has been cutting into underside of my tongue. I didn't not ask him to do this. I made a call to office to what we can do to fix it but after a convo with Dr Jacob's and reading these reviews (which I should have done before hand) they offered to take me on at their alt location but I will decline. All I keep thinking about is if it's this unprofessional at a sister site you have to think it's unilateral no? I booked a cleaning cus my therapist suggested it as a self care measure to help against my depression and I came out of there physically worse than I went in. -10/10
Negligent. I have been extremely respectful and patient with this dentist because I understand they are working on a low budget. However, I cannot stress how bad I have been treated here. I came in for a root canal and needed two crowns. They took a mold of my teeth and told me to come back in three weeks. I did, nothing came and they redid the mold. I asked why and they said it was probably lost in the mail. I came again three weeks later and again they said they didn’t have them they didn’t know what happened but that they would have to retake the mold. I came in again and they had the crowns and the dentist said they didn’t fit right and they would have to take them again. I stressed to the dentist how important it was they get here in time because I am leave Boston in a month. He says he promises they will get here in two weeks and to not worry that he will get it don’t no problem. I said okay and 4 weeks later days before I leave, I am calling everyday, they tell me actually the lab said it’s going to take an extra 2 weeks after they promised they would be here. They tell me I should come back to Boston when they arrive. These four months I have been unable to eat a lot of food. Been at risk of cracking teeth when the temporary crowns eventually fall out. I have wasted around 15 hours trying to get this done. You may ask why I didn’t go to another dentist but the only dentists that take my insurance are either owned by this inc or don’t have another opening for months. I am stuck here with two rooted teeth that will probably chip or break in the next few months costing thousands to fix. They provide no help and are hurting their patients. Please do not go to this dentist. If you need a cleaning maybe it’s fine if you have an afternoon to kill. Don’t get your cavities filled here. Don’t get crowns done. Go somewhere else. I would have if I knew or could afford anything else. I would per-sue this frustration in a different way if I had the means. So all I can say is please don’t come here.
made an appointment last week even though the listed phone number goes to their other location. confirmed appt for this location and wasn't open the day of. no follow up, no confirmation, nothing
I walked in with my three year old son to schedule an appointment for him and they happened to have an opening for him the following Thursday. So that was great, but when we showed up to the appointment the front desk informed me that the doctor had to leave for the day to cover another location. She asked me if I could drive over there which was not possible so I decided to reschedule. I told her I was never informed of this so this was very disappointing especially because we had make arrangements for my other child. But my mistake was giving them another chance. I decided to reschedule the appointment for the following week again which is today 8/18/2016. Unfortunately, when I called at 3:10 to confirm the 6 pm appointment the front desk staff informed me yet again that the doctor had to cancel his clinic for the day. She lied to me stating they tried to reach me and I told her she was lying because I have no calls or messages from their office. Quite frankly I've had it with this place. I have a life and I don't make appointments unless I plan on being there. Now I see why a place as nice as this is so empty whenever I pass by. They promise you a movie ticket, but for all this nonsense they can shove it up their a**. I have never in my seen a dental office run this way. DR. SEEMA JACOB, BDS, DDS please do yourself a favor and make sure your front desk staff is making the calls to cancel your clinic as soon as they find out. I don't understand why they must LIE and say they called me when I have no missed calls or voicemail's from them, and this happened TWICE. If you value your time, please do yourself a FAVOR and find another dental office.
This place is a gem compared to the issues I've dealt with at my previous dentistry. They were very accommodating And allowed me to schedule my appointment the same day. When walking I walked in late I was greeted by Rochelle that not only managed to streamline the check in process but managed to finagle me in instantly whilst I completed my forms. The Milord looked much younger than people I've had in the past but his efficiency was better than I can ever recall. His prep work for Dr. Jacobs was astounding. Between the two of them the light and engaging conversation complimented the work being done to really make way for an exciting experience. Upon exiting, the same quality they provided for scheduling the last time they added it to this time also. Dr. Jacobs helped to factor in all of my pros and cons with issues I've had in my past and worked out the best resolution to my problem. I am definitely looking forward to having all my work being done this year rather stretching it out to continue working on it every 3 months or longer. They really are great!
