General dental care at Trinity Dental covers the preventive services that form the foundation of oral health maintenance. Professional cleanings remove plaque and tartar buildup between home care intervals, while comprehensive examinations assess tooth and gum health, screen for oral pathology, and provide a detailed record of the patient’s dental status over time.
Restorative dental services are provided for patients with cavities, broken or chipped teeth, or existing restorations that have worn or failed. Fillings and crowns are used to restore affected teeth to proper form and function. The dentist discusses restorative options with patients before any procedure is initiated, covering what is involved, the materials to be used, and what the patient can expect during and after treatment.
New patients at Trinity Dental can expect a comprehensive initial appointment that includes review of dental and medical history, full clinical examination, and radiographs as clinically appropriate. Findings are reviewed clearly with the patient, and a treatment plan with options is presented before any treatment is scheduled. The practice gives patients time to ask questions so they can make informed decisions about their care.
The Huntington Avenue address at Copley is among the most transit-accessible locations in Boston. I had a really disappointing experience with the receptionist at this dental office. I mistakenly thought my appointment was scheduled for today because the doctor had told me to come back in a week, and I genuinely remembered it clearly that way. I completely understand that scheduling misunderstandings can happen, but the way the receptionist handled the situation was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Instead of trying to help or clarify things politely, she began speaking to me loudly and was essentially shouting at me in front of other patients, which was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. A little empathy and basic courtesy go a long way, especially in healthcare settings. It’s especially a shame because the doctor herself was great, which made the experience at the front desk even more disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this interaction, I decided to cancel all of my future appointments with this office. I hope they work on improving how patients are treated at the front desk.
This office slaps. High key happy with everything. In the past I’ve had nothing but mean dentists or offices, not here. Here they are not only chipper and professional they are also fast. They don’t grill me with irrelevant questions, they just focus grillz. No frills just drills. They’re transparent about services, clean, and just overall great vibes. I actually look forward to visiting the dentist. I feel even Chip Skylark sees them, I just can’t prove it.
Not only the best professionals, but also THE best human beings!
I had the weirdest experience here. It was my first time and just went in for a regular cleaning. They took over an hours worth of X-rays (way more than I've ever had at any dentist) then the doctor came in and told me I had 6 cavities and would need 2 separate 2 hour sessions worth of fillings. I was getting a weird vibe the whole time and was turned off from this, especially since the last dentist I went to said I just had some staining on my teeth, not cavities. I decided to get a second opinion at another dentist and had them send the X-rays to the new dentist. The new dentist was so confused why I had so many x-rays done. Saying they only did that certain type for orthodontics (which I was not getting). They then told me I needed 2 fillings (not six) and that I was right to get a weird feeling about Trinity. Also should note- the doctor at trinity randomly started talking about veneers to me even though I definitely don't need them. Very weird experience here and would not recommend.
Excellent dental 🦷 office!!! Trinity Dental helped me make a last minute, time-sensitive appointment for my dental needs. Even though I was a new patient, they worked very hard to take care of my x-rays, cleaning, and exam thoroughly, yet quickly. The dentist Dr. Sidney Raiski treated me with compassion and expertise, taking his time to explain in detail all I should expect and needed to know about my upcoming treatments. Also, a shout out to the hygienist Akriti (hygienist), and the stellar front desk staff: Wilna, Hannah, and Yosselin!
It took nearly four years to find a dental team willing to take on and support my case, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found Trinity Dental. While the images attached reflect ongoing work, they also highlight the remarkable progress made so far. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Anderson and the entire team—their skill, dedication, and professionalism over the past years have made a truly meaningful difference. I cannot thank them enough.
When I was last at Trinity Dental, I left pretty sad. Now let me explain. The office is beautiful. The team is super nice. Everything is very efficient and high tech. They took super care of my cleaning, x-rays, exam and fixing one old filling. No issues at all with any of that and I would definitely hve gone back, had it not been for the below. (Do note, I did not go here for a cosmetic procedure and I did not ask about below). I was told that I was a candidate for an extremely expensive restoration "project" and when I asked how come that no other dentist EVER had told me this, I was told "I don't know. This is the standard of care." Now. I know what standard of care means, so it surprised me that a 60-80K project would be that? Buy hey, I am no dentist.... It left me - I suppose - scared. Worried. Anxious about my teeth. I started researching the cost in the US, in Mexico, in South Africa, in Germany and frankly, I was then afraid to go to the dentist. Fast forward 2 years. I just went to a lovely new dentist, highly regarded in my hometown, very experienced. I sat there with sweaty hands wondering what he would say. What he said was "you are in good shape. Keep up the flossing". I then shared my story with the dental hygienist and she simply said "If you want a Hollywood smile, 100K of work can be done on anyone". So. I guess I learned about about location, location, location and to always get more more than one opinion. Or - I guess - trust my gut. Which I did.
