Research your insurance coverage before you go to avoid getting billed for a large amount later. They are in my dental network coverage plan and I had to pay more in co pay and revised billing than it would have cost me if I went somewhere else, and paid cash and submitted a bill to My Insurance company myself. I am talking 3 times more than what i would have had to pay another dentist just for my copay plus my dental coverage. that said the service was decent. I was a First time patient here. I am reluctant to see dentists and never had a good experience with previous ones. That being said, the visit was very good, and very quick, and a really good experience. The staff was nice, the doctor was personable and quick. Overall a pleasant and quick service experience, considering the overall experiences I have had in the past for previous extractions I have had. I recommend them but review your insurance carefully and check price options, I had to pay 3 times more out of pocket WITH insurance than what I would have had to pay somewhere else without insurance. do your research before you go here

If you want a family atmosphere and actual people that care in the dentist industry. This is the place to go! I had tooth pain as a new patient and was given an appointment the next day. Dr. T was great with discussing future treatment.

I decided to try this Dentistry since it's close to where I live and seemed to have good reviews. My entire visit felt very rushed. The hygienist Daisy I had asked me a few times if I wanted to come back in a few hours to have my gum cleaning done with no explanation as to why, stating I could go get lunch and come back. I said no I would like to get it done now if possible because I didn't want to have to come back later and she seemed frustrated and just said okay. She would ask if I had any questions which I did and when I asked them I was cut off and her responses were not very compassionate and short. I wish things were explained to me more throughly. When I was seem by the Dentist Lucia Troisi it was the same situation, very rushed and very short uncompassionate responses to my concerns with my teeth and no options were explained or provided to me. I have chipped a couple teeth on the bottom and the Dentist simply stated, "since the chips on your teeth are small nothing would be able to stick to them but they're fine as is". So I just have to live with chipped teeth? This was very upsetting to me and before I could process that information she was up and already done looking at everything and left. I also had concerns about my gum line receding and both of their responses were "yes its receded but its fine".. I was hoping to have options explained to me if it's something that could be repaired. Seemed like the hygienist and dentist were more concerned about having their lunch break than taking the time and care I truly needed and was hoping for. Don't waste your time with this dentistry because they clearly don't care.

My visit was great. This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The office staff is friendly and the technology that is used is awesome.

My son got his very first filling today on an adult tooth and had a great experience. He was nervous about the novacaine shot, but the numbing cream they used ahead of time worked really well. He came out smiling and laughing about how he couldn't move his mouth the right way. Big thumbs up to the staff!!

Daisy, the Dental Hygienist was very efficient. Also Zoe, her assistant is very good.
