So horrible I wish i could rate 0 stars. This review is not directed toward Dr. Osma — my mom has gone to her and I’ve always heard good things about her specifically. This experience was with a male doctor, which unfortunately I don’t even know bro’s name. and it was awful. A week before this appointment, he reviewed my X-rays and told me the tooth was okay to pull and that, because it was already grown out, it would be an easy procedure. It had me causing me problems due to a big cavity on it. I came in already in pain and changed my appointment from fillings (which went really well a week prior) to an extraction based on that reassurance, and he then lied by saying it would take “10 minutes.” Instead, he broke my tooth, and I am now in worse pain than before I even came in. After already causing damage, he decided in the middle of the procedure that it would be “better to see a specialist,” which should have been determined before touching my tooth, not after making my situation significantly worse. I walked out with a broken tooth, no extraction, no solution, and more pain than I started with, plus the stress of now having to fix damage they caused. On top of that, the dentist and his assistant repeatedly spoke to each other in Spanish right in front of me while things were clearly going wrong, its about respect and that’s weird considering they knew I am not a spanish speaker, and about basic professionalism and transparency when a patient is vulnerable and in pain. This dentist was careless, dishonest, unprepared to perform the procedure he agreed to, and completely unprofessional. I trusted this office while I was in pain, and that was a mistake. Do not go here if you value your teeth, your health, or basic honesty.

I love this dentist!!!!!!! Iv been coming here for years they are great with adults and children I bring all my boys here ages range from 6-15 years old and they love it they never fear coming to the dentist they are patient and loving and so helpful. The facility is always clean and welcoming!💕
