I’ve been to a lot of dental offices over the years, and True Design Dentistry is by far the best experience I’ve had. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Dr. Refahi is exceptional. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers questions without rushing, and truly wants what’s best for his patients. You can tell he takes pride in his work and pays attention to every detail. I never felt pressured into treatment, and I always felt confident that I was receiving honest recommendations. The office is beautiful, modern, and extremely clean, but what really stands out is the level of customer service. Everyone is friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond to make each visit a positive experience. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about his patients, I highly recommend Dr. Refahi and the team at True Design Dentistry. Five stars all the way!

Been coming here for years. The only change is its gets better and better each time. Check-in process is always fast and doctor/hygenist always assist me within minutes of arriving. The best hygenist imo is Mary she is a pleasure and a delight. She is so kind and gentle. Before her i was so afraid to go to the dentist but she cured my fear. Bless her heart. I experience both doctor Ben and Nick and they have always be so kind and honest on what work needs to be done. I recommend everyone come and get their dental work here. It truly is the best of the best.

I had such an amazing experience here! Every single person on the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. I have honestly never felt so informed, comfortable, and cared for at a dentist before. They were extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and the pricing was very reasonable. I was expecting to be sore the next day and barely had any soreness at all. You can truly tell they care about their patients and the quality of their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist they can actually trust!

My dentist, Dr Ben is the most pleasant, competent, polite person around. Hearing him say please to his assistant/hygienist with every single request signals pure professionalism.

After some not-so-great experiences elsewhere, I did a lot of research before booking—and I’m so glad I found them. From the moment I walked in, Karina at the front desk made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Once I was taken back, Sarah took such great care of me—she was warm, genuine, and incredibly personable. Before jumping into cosmetic work, the doctor recommended doing a full exam (it had been two years for me) to make sure everything was healthy first and that any cosmetic work would actually address what I needed. I really appreciated that thoughtful, honest approach—especially since I mentioned I don’t have insurance. At no point did I feel pressured into unnecessary treatments. They focused only on what truly needed attention and what I personally wanted. Sarah helped with cavity treatment and was amazing throughout—constantly checking in, explaining everything clearly, and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. At checkout, Karina walked me through the pricing and options with kindness and respect for my situation. The whole team is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. Honestly, I left feeling so comfortable that I’d go back just to say hi—they made me feel like more than just a patient. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually loved going to the dentist. 10/10 would recommend—especially if you don’t have insurance. They truly work with you and make quality care feel accessible. For once in my life I feel like I went to a dentist and they actually listened to me!!

True Design Dentistry is truly exceptional. From the moment you walk in, the entire team makes you feel like you are part of the family. The staff is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and supportive, with excellent follow-up and clear, informative communication every step of the way. The dentists and dental hygienists are fantastic, and I really appreciate how transparent and straightforward the pricing is. There are no surprises, just honesty and genuine care. My only complaint is that during my cleanings I can't keep chatting with the amazing team because they are so enjoyable to talk to! My sister introduced me to True Design Dentistry, and now both my boyfriend and I would never consider going anywhere else. Five stars without hesitation and highly HIGHLY recommended!

Hello My favorite dentist n office n hygienist of all time .. n Im 75.! Everyone who works there are informative caring kind n very helpful. Extremely efficient. Since I began using a specific electric 3 in 1 toothbrush my dental cleaning were reduced by half...All because of recommendations by my hygienist. Im so very grateful for . Nick Refahi, D.D.S. and staff. I would highly recommend True Design Dental for all of your dental needs . P.S . They all listen to you n respond n work at an extremely high level. You will be impressed if you make n appt.

Appointment was great. The Office people are so friendly and accommodating. They make it feel so HOME-y. Been a client for a couple years and so glad we switched dentists. Close to home, friendly environment and I feel l like they all go out of their way to make us feel welcomed.

I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of my dental hygienist Hannah! She’s the best hygienist, super thorough, detail-oriented, and always remembers that I hate the ultrasonic cleaning machine. She’s just such a joy to chat with and makes every visit easy and comfortable. The office is always clean and welcoming, and Rosa at the front desk is amazing too, so friendly and always helps navigate insurance questions with ease. Just an all-around great dental office with people who really care. Highly recommend.
