The worst

Arrived to my consultation appointment only to find, I was listed but my appointment wasn't set (locked in). The very kind young lady at the counter quickly problem solved the mix up, I filled out just a couple basic information /history pages and quickly wisked off to the back for a few quick x-rays and then we reviewed my expectations and I spoke w/ the Dr about what they could do for me and a general idea of the cost involved, including some creative ways to lessen the cost if I wished 2 pursue that possibility. I would certainly recommend to anyone to visit the Chandler Office in their quest for dental care. Professional yet personable, prompt & efficient without making one feel hurried. 5 stars !

1st time at this place and it was a good feeling.. has a good smell, cool temp. and friendly staffs. Had a general cleaning today it all went well. Definitely going back here again and recommend this place.

Since the moment you step in the door you feel like you’re at home. The lady at front desk welcomes you very warmly. The team treats you extremely well and they make you feel very comfortable from the way they positively speak. Especially Dr.Garcia since he explains in detail to the patient what needs to be done regarding your treatment. Sharla was also very nice and good at what she does. And at the end of the appointment, Hazel’s help and amiability was over the moon. Helped getting all the paperwork done, was never left alone in the process. I strongly recommend TruSmile Now!

Tracy is awesome to work with I totally recommend Truesmile she will help anyway she can. She makes you feel like family. The staff is also so Welcoming and not judgemental. Dr. Garcia is the Doctor to go with he is honest and makes you feel so comfortable and this means alot because I am terrified of dentist. He is conservative and explains everything and makes sure you understand and no stone is left unturned.
