Great service, quick and efficient

They are so great. Even offered me a neck pillow to be more comfy for my cleaning. They didn't even know I struggle with chronic pain in my neck. Such a nice touch. Made it much more comfortable!

My family and I are new to this practice and have been treated with friendly staff and pretty available openings, including a few relative urgent services. Dr. Chang is personable and professional and all of the dental hygienist are super friendly as well. Dr. Chang fixed a root canal from a previous practice mistake and also made it 1000 times better aesthetically. We also have a 8 month baby and all of the front staff glean over her. We'll definitely be coming back 🙂

This is my all time favorite dental office I have ever been to. I’m 33, and have seen many dentists in my life. Trusmiles wins this award everytime hands down. Come and see for yourself, how friendly the staff is, and the dentist do amazing work. The efficiency and thoroughness has you in and out faster then you think. Needed an emergency wisdom tooth extraction, called the clinic, they had me in same day. Dr. Cheng and the dentist tech, had my tooth pulled and on my way out the door in under an hour. . Management went above and beyond for me, as well, just truly a genuine experience. Everyone was extremely hospitable, helpful, welcoming. I would recommend to anyone in need of dental, come to Trusmiles. Thanks a lot for the amazing experience, guys. It'd been 20 years since id seen a dentist, I had no idea what to expect and was worried. It all went swimmingly.

The staff are all awesome, the waiting area and general atmosphere are nice, and I've almost always been able to schedule an appointment for the next day if I was wanting something done sooner than later. Dr. Malhi was appointed to my case once I had xrays and figured out a general treatment plan. She works quick, is very patient, and is happy to answer any questions or concerns I bring up. I've had more than 6 appointments so far in the last few weeks, and each one has gone without a hitch. Easy 5 stars.

This is by far the most unprofessional and dangerous dental clinic I have ever encountered. My 6-year-old son was treated by Dr. Malhi for a simple filling. Within hours, his jaw became severely swollen. We thought it might just be from anesthesia, but the swelling and pain only got worse. When we returned for help, Dr. Malhi was nowhere to be found, and instead we saw Dr. Chang, who completely dismissed my child’s suffering, telling us this was “normal.” This was NOT normal. My son was in extreme pain, his swelling worsened each day, and by the time his lip blew up, we had no choice but to rush him to the emergency room. The ER doctors immediately confirmed it was a serious infection requiring antibiotics and pain relief — something the so-called “professionals” at this clinic either failed to recognize or simply didn’t care about. Both Dr. Malhi and Dr. Chang showed a shocking lack of responsibility, compassion, and competence. Their negligence put my child’s health in serious danger, and their dismissive attitude toward a 6-year-old in pain is absolutely unacceptable. Parents — do NOT risk your child’s health at this clinic. They are reckless, careless, and unfit to treat children. This place should be avoided at all costs.
