Omg!!! I’ve never had such an amazing experience at the dentist office, it’s hard to avoid discomfort when going to the dentist but the team did a great job to ease my nerves.
I’ve been coming here for years and all I have to say is I am happy every time I leave for whatever reason I come in for. Everyone is so kind and understanding, helpful and caring 💕 Thank you to everyone who’s worked with me here, I appreciate you all. I’m here today getting a crown fixed. All smiles around ☺️
I highly do not recommend them. They have started canceling appointments if you do not confirm them. Their texts and emails do not require you do so, but they called me at 8:30 am while I was at work and expected a call same day at 12 the day before. Extremely unprofessional to state the deadline and give me 3 1/2 hours on a Tuesday work day. Appointments are canceled without any warning, and the written reminders are worded as a courtesy rather than a mandatory confirmation request. It’s to protect the hygienist time but what about ours? I have been a patient for almost 10 years and have never been late, canceled, or rescheduled an appointment, so having my appointment canceled without notice was extremely disappointing. It feels very inconsiderate of patients' time. While I was there, I also witnessed two other people experiencing the same issue. Wait times can be very long. As someone who has been with this practice for years, their new policies are disheartening. The changes in policy, patient care, and overall handling of appointments have significantly impacted my experience. Because of these experiences, I will be taking my business elsewhere. After 10 years as a loyal patient, I no longer feel that my time or loyalty is valued.
The hygienist was very thorough and did a great job. Everyone was nice and friendly from the receptionist to the assistant and the hygienist. My only complaint is that they did not disclose that there is a charge of $47.20 for the fluoride treatment. I specifically asked at the front counter, and they said everything is covered by my insurance. Even the hygienist did not disclose that the fluoride treatment is additional cost. I would not have it done if I would have known it was not covered by my insurance. Transparency is important in every business, and this should have been disclosed before the treatment.
I didn't even get to see my appointment , they sent email to check in the morning of day before appointment, I didn't get to it til the evening because I work all day. So they cancelled the appointment. They said they called the day before twice and left voicemails but that is not true I had no call from an 888 phone number and there was no voicemail left. The manager I spoke to the morning of my appointment didn't seem to care their process of confirming was not efficient. Then I asked to make sure my son's appointment for following week was checked because I did the evening before my appointment and she said it was done wrong and said I can schedule it correctly if you like. When I said no I'll just find another dentist she wasn't even bothered by that said ok have a good day. Would not recommend and if you do make sure you call them to confirm everything.
Feeling So Confident About My Smile! Liz made both the check-in and check-out process incredibly easy through my phone—no confusion, no stress, just seamless and efficient from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Miss Irene for an outstanding cleaning. I walked in feeling one way about my teeth, and left feeling completely confident and proud of my smile. The results were amazing, and I truly appreciate the care and attention throughout the process. Dr. Liu was also wonderful—very informative and took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated the dental guidance and education. Ivette did a great job with my X-rays as well. The process was smooth, quick, and very professional, and she made everything feel comfortable. Overall, I really appreciated the entire experience at Tucson Spectrum Dentistry. I came in curious about cosmetic options, but after this cleaning, I honestly feel in love with my natural smile. I don’t even feel the same interest in cosmetic work anymore because I feel confident as I am. I’m looking forward to continuing care here and making this my home dental office.
I first want to say that all of the staff here are amazing! Everyone I’ve interacted with has handled everything with professionalism, kindness, and patience. Today I had to come back to fix a small issue, and Alex helped me out. He was fantastic—he walked me through every step, listened carefully to my concerns, and made sure everything was completely resolved before I left. I truly appreciate the great customer service and attention to detail. I’m so glad I was recommended to come here and would definitely recommend them to others!
I had an amazing experience at Tucson Spectrum Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, the entire team was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. A special shoutout to Angelica —she was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her attention to detail and genuine care truly stood out. The office itself is modern, spotless, and runs efficiently, which I really appreciated. The office employees took time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my care.
