Turlock Smiles made me feel at ease and cared for. I have major phobia regarding my dental / oral healthcare, but Dr. Rohan made the experience pleasant. He and the entire staff from front office to technicians were professional, courteous and kind. He explained my options carefully and answered any questions I had, without rushing me. The staff set me up with a comprehensive plan going forward, and for the first time in a very long time, I really feel like I am going to get a good handle on my oral health. Came in so that Dr. Entabi Could fix my teeth for my implants, since the doctor in Oregon couldn’t figure it out. From the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but Respect from the whole office. Dr. Entabi, Explained everything that needed to be done. He is the most gentle Dentist that I have ever been to. I couldn’t be more happier with the beautiful smile that he was able to give me. Thank you Turlock Smiles and Dr. Entabi and Staff

Clean and welcoming environment, staff is very friendly on all fronts. I was helped by Tori who made me feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated since the moment I sat in a chair. Even though I moved out of town, I continue to come back to Turlock Smiles biannually because of their excellent care.

I always have an amazing experience every time I go into the office. I have severe anxiety, and Dr. Rohan is so gracious that he puts me at ease. His assistant, Tori, does the most beautiful work. I have never smiled so much after a dental visit!!!

Surprise bills and misquoted treatment plans. Billing is a nightmare, if you call this office for clarification on the absolute catastrophe that is their billing process, you will be put on hold for over 30 minutes and then disconnected. They are unresponsive to email, phone messages, and the messaging center. I have made multiple requests for itemized receipts which they will not provide. When I paid after my appointment, I was told that it would take a week to get an itemized receipt but that they would email it to me. I followed up and called multiple times about this asking for these receipts to be emailed to me and the response I got was “as soon as our printer is working again.” You don’t need a printer to send a PDF via email. My insurance was billed for services I was not quoted for, they claim to not charge for x-rays or anything for your initial visit and then slam your insurance company with over a thousand dollars in charges. Offering all kinds of unnecessary “services” for first time patients that are “no charge”. And be aware, not every dentist in this office is a provider for the same insurance coverage as the group/owner, causing surprise out-of-network charges. They also did not call to get pre-approval from my insurance company for the treatment plan. Every other dental office I have been to will always make sure your procedures are covered by your insurance before they give you a quote and schedule the appointment. Worse than Western Dental. I’d never go back or recommend this place.

Great experience for unfortunate circumstances with my son. Dr. Singh and assistant, fifi, were so amazing and they made sure i knew what was going on and made him feel comfortable. Thank you team for all your help! Highly recommend coming here for your dental needs!
