It began as 21st Century Dental and Oral Surgery Associates under Dr. William Limongelli, and that founding combination still describes the work: a general and cosmetic practice that also performs its own surgery, rather than a general office referring every difficult extraction out to someone else.
Impacted wisdom teeth are a good illustration of what that combination means day to day. When a third molar never fully erupts, it sits angled under gum and bone, trapping plaque against the molar in front and slowly damaging a tooth that was otherwise healthy. Removing it is a surgical procedure involving a gum flap, a little bone removal and sectioning of the tooth, and having it done in the office that already holds your records and radiographs saves an entire referral cycle. The same in-house surgical capacity supports implant cases, so extraction, healing, fixture placement and the crown that finishes the job can be sequenced by one team working from one plan.
The restorative and cosmetic side covers full-mouth rehabilitation, permanent crowns and bridges, porcelain laminate veneers, dentures and partials, root canals, whitening, and Snap-On Smile, a removable clip-over shell that changes the look of an arch without preparing any teeth. It is useful as a preview or a stopgap, though not a substitute for fixed work. TMJ treatment is offered for jaw joint pain and the grinding that often travels with it. The schedule is the unusual part and may well be the deciding factor. The office opens late morning and runs into the evening on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and it also opens on Sunday, which is genuinely rare in Westchester dentistry if weekdays are impossible for you. There is no early-morning slot and no Saturday clinic. On implants, remember that placement and the final crown are separate stages months apart, so read any quote as a sequence rather than a single figure.

ATTN: Management! (if there is any!) Very nasty and rude people works here! They have to work on communication skill! As soon as you ask something over the phone they start barking and telling they can’t email nothing or share information and phone hangs up on you! It’s 2026 and you don’t have scanner and email address in your office? You might as well accept only paper applications by USPS. If anyone wants to ruin their beautiful day with nasty front desk members, please give them a chance. They are doing great with it!!!!

Dr. Limongelli is a true master of his craft. The quality and precision of his work speak for themselves, and you leave every visit with full confidence that you’ve been in expert hands. Felix the hygienist is equally impressive thorough, skilled, and genuinely great at making you feel at ease throughout the visit. And then there’s Michelle at the front desk, who sets the tone the moment you walk in. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful she makes the whole experience feel personal rather than transactional. The entire team strikes that rare balance of being both friendly and deeply professional. In a world where so many practices prioritize aesthetics over substance, 21st Century Dental is a refreshing reminder that what truly matters is the skill, care, and attention you receive. I recommend this place! Ms. Michelle, Mr. Felix, and Dr. Willams were friendly and amazing. I got my tooth X-rayed, cleaned, and filled my cavities. Very clean and thorough. This is the best dental office in Yonkers. They do not overbook and if your appointment is at 10:30 am, thats the time you will be seen. The team is amazing. Dr. Limongelli is very experienced and does great work.Michelle is the perfect, friendly front desk person and Felix is kind and so helpful. Best dental office ever.!
