I just wanted to give a special shout out to Shelby at the front desk for being cool-behind-the-keyboard! She's always got my billing and upcoming appointments on-lock before I even walk up to reception (she'll send you your skull x-rays too, for your own viewing pleasure!) But everyone at Twickenham is just the best; a dentist's office that feels like home!
Had a wonderful experience at Twickenham Dentistry today! Molly was absolutely amazing as my hygienist. She was so kind, gentle, and professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire cleaning! You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and takes pride in her work. Although I have become acutely familiar with the dentist, dental procedures, and various sharp, pokey implements over the years, I have never been comfortable having my teeth worked on. I also don't respond to lidocaine like most people do, and mostly got through the pain and stress over the years by gripping the armrests tightly and counting the seconds. As soon as I became a patient at Twickenham though, and especially after a few procedures, I am able to confidently say that they provide the warmest, friendliest, and comfiest tooth-related work you could ever ask for. I found my dentist in Huntsville! P.S. Maggie cleans teeth with the best of em!

First Time seeing a dentist in a very long time. Everyone was so nice. Maggie was fantastic she made my teeth look brand new, Dr. Brian was phenomenal as well, very nice and looking out for his patients. Best experience I have ever had at a dentist
Today was my first visit with Twickenham Family Dentistry and the entire staff was great! I was in the office due to pain in my mouth. I have serious anxiety at dental offices. Allie Scott was great at putting me at ease and making me feel very comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and that I wasn’t hurting. Dr Kestner was great and made sure that everything was explained in detail to me. I would highly recommend this office to others!

I absolutely love my dentist office! The wait time is always short, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the office is always very clean. Dr. Cook is always informative, caring, and genuinely listens to his patients. I have really bad dental anxiety, and his calming and funny personality always helps put me at ease. He never makes me feel dismissed or written off, which means so much to me. This time, I had Hope perform my cleaning, and she was wonderful! She was very kind, thorough, and gave me some great tips on how to better care for my teeth. I truly appreciate the level of care I receive every time I visit and would definitely recommend this office to anyone—especially those who struggle with dental anxiety!
Allie, Brandon, the ladies at the front desk, and Dr. Kestner were SO kind, that I’m truly considering switching my kiddos and husband over with me. They were AMAZING and gave me exceptional customer service. Very clean and bright, and I was very pleased with the overall experience, so far. I had so much anxiety about the costs, and my husband and I were blown away at the affordability—even with our less than stellar dental coverage. Everything moved so smoothly that I was in and out of an emergency appointment in less than an hour, and that was me asking questions on top! I cannot wait to continue establishing care + improving my smile at this practice for myself and my little family. 🥰
Dr Cook and his assistant Ms Savannah were not only professional but were quite accommodating by allowing me, the patient Amelia Balch’s dad to sit in on the implant procedure. They were very focused on Amelia throughout the procedure but were gracious enough to answer any questions I had. They are first rate & I’m fully confident in their expertise & know-how and would recommend Twickenham Family Dentistry yo anyone looking for a dental practice.
Dr. Cook and his staff(especially Maggie) are all amazing!
