I absolutely love my dentist office! The wait time is always short, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the office is always very clean. Dr. Cook is always informative, caring, and genuinely listens to his patients. I have really bad dental anxiety, and his calming and funny personality always helps put me at ease. He never makes me feel dismissed or written off, which means so much to me. This time, I had Hope perform my cleaning, and she was wonderful! She was very kind, thorough, and gave me some great tips on how to better care for my teeth. I truly appreciate the level of care I receive every time I visit and would definitely recommend this office to anyone—especially those who struggle with dental anxiety!
Allie, Brandon, the ladies at the front desk, and Dr. Kestner were SO kind, that I’m truly considering switching my kiddos and husband over with me. They were AMAZING and gave me exceptional customer service. Very clean and bright, and I was very pleased with the overall experience, so far. I had so much anxiety about the costs, and my husband and I were blown away at the affordability—even with our less than stellar dental coverage. Everything moved so smoothly that I was in and out of an emergency appointment in less than an hour, and that was me asking questions on top! I cannot wait to continue establishing care + improving my smile at this practice for myself and my little family. 🥰
Dr Cook and his assistant Ms Savannah were not only professional but were quite accommodating by allowing me, the patient Amelia Balch’s dad to sit in on the implant procedure. They were very focused on Amelia throughout the procedure but were gracious enough to answer any questions I had. They are first rate & I’m fully confident in their expertise & know-how and would recommend Twickenham Family Dentistry yo anyone looking for a dental practice.

Every visit I’ve had at Twickenham Family Dentistry has been good. Today was no exception. Maggie was wonderful with explaining my procedure and making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She even turned on the chair warmer when I mentioned being chilled in the office. 5-stars all around!
I’ve been coming here for years and have always had a great experiences. My dental hygienist Mindy is kind, professional, and does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. My dentist is wonderful as well! They both make every visit comfortable and pleasant. Highly recommend!
From the time I entered the office I was greeted nicely. Then I was called back she was very polite asking questions about me. When she finished she got the dentist and he was very nice too. They all made my visit great. I ❤️ this office. Everyone is just friendly.
Molly was excellent! She took such great care of my nervous 7 year old daughter today. She was extremely patient with her, super sweet to us, and did a great job. Dr. Cook is the best dentist we’ve ever had. He always takes excellent care of us. He is amazing!
Today was my first appointment at Twickenham and I am happy it won’t be my last. From the moment I stepped inside I felt welcomed and at ease. When Mrs. Hope came to get me she greeted me with a warm welcome. She was phenomenal and down to earth from start to finish. She did a fantastic job explaining to me each step of what she was doing and what I needed to do when I leave the office. I truly enjoyed my first experience and the delightful conversation I had with Mrs. Hope. Dr. Cook was a pleasure to meet and I look forward to continuing my dental journey here.
