Twin Aspen Dental Center has excellent customer service. From the front desk to the dentists! Ashley, my dental hygienist was very sweet and was gental. I had a great experience at Twin Aspen Dental for my deep cleaning and laser bacterial reduction treatment. Ashley was absolutely amazing throughout the entire procedure. She was professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. She explained the process clearly, answered all of my questions with patience, and her attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the treatment. The deep cleaning was much more comfortable than I expected, and the laser bacterial reduction was performed efficiently and with great care. The entire team at Twin Aspen Dental was friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Twin Aspen Dental, and a special thank you to Ashley for providing such exceptional care and making my visit a positive experience!
Wendy was an amazing. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout my appointment. I have been going to Twin Aspen Dental for the last 2-3 years, and I am so pleased with this dentist office! All of the dental hygienists I have had have been top notch! I had Macquel today, and had her my last visit as well. She is extremely caring, easy to talk to, and genuinely concerned that you are comfortable in the chair. I met Dr. Lindsey today. Twin Aspen Dental in Parker is fantastic. Dr. Richter is my dentist, and Wendy was my chairside assistant this morning. As someone who does not exactly love going to the dentist, they somehow made a 7:00 am crown replacement genuinely fun. It happened to be Wendy’s birthday, so her room was decorated with disco balls, streamers, and dancing lights, which made the whole visit feel surprisingly festive. Add in a little nitrous oxide and a weighted blanket, and honestly, who would not want to be there? Beyond the fun atmosphere, the entire staff is always warm, upbeat, and all smiles. Twin Aspen Dental consistently makes a great experience out of something most people usually dread.
