The Kentucky Clinic is the name of the main UK HealthCare outpatient clinic building at 740 S Limestone Street — a major multi-specialty outpatient facility housing UK HealthCare physician and specialist clinics across many medical and dental disciplines on the UK HealthCare academic medical campus. Suite A219 in the Kentucky Clinic building indicates a second-floor (A wing) suite within the outpatient clinic complex, accessible from South Limestone Street at the intersection with the UK campus pedestrian network. UK Kentucky Clinic as a facility also appears separately in the Smyleee database as a distinct listing for the broader outpatient clinic building at the same 740 S Limestone address. UK Dentistry-Pediatric Dentistry provides specialist pediatric dental services within the UK College of Dentistry's multi-location Lexington clinical network — which also includes the main 800 Rose Street campus (with UK College of Dentistry and UK Dentistry Urgent Care Clinic) and the satellite Turfland location (2195 Harrodsburg Road).

UK Dentistry-Pediatric Dentistry provides specialist dental care for infants, children, and adolescents through the University of Kentucky's teaching clinic at Suite A219 in the Kentucky Clinic building. Pediatric dental services include first dental visits for infants, comprehensive pediatric oral examinations, professional cleanings and fluoride treatments, dental sealants, pediatric restorations, space maintainers, pediatric crown restorations, and behavioral guidance and sedation for anxious or special-needs pediatric patients. The pediatric dental residency program trains postgraduate pediatric dental residents who deliver care under the direct supervision of pediatric dental faculty — providing specialist-level pediatric dental training to the next generation of Kentucky's pediatric dental providers while simultaneously serving the Lexington and central Kentucky pediatric patient community at academic dental school rates. Families seeking specialist pediatric dental care at UK's academic dental school rates benefit from lower fees than private specialist offices while receiving resident and faculty specialist oversight.

South Limestone Street's UK campus position at the Kentucky Clinic provides access from the UK campus transit system, from Limestone Street's connection to downtown Lexington and the Medical Center Drive complex, and from the I-75 and I-64 Lexington interchanges. The UK campus pediatric dental clinic is co-located with UK HealthCare's broader Kentucky Clinic outpatient medical services at 740 S Limestone, giving families access to pediatric dental and medical care within the same UK HealthCare outpatient building.

My names Walter Hager I'm actually on my wife's phone because mines broke. Anyways I would not bring an animal here. I was in Good Samaritan Hospital for seizures ( the whole team in hospitalnwere awesome). They decided I should have my remaining teeth removed which was over half of them..I wasn't in any dental pain at all until I came here. The front desk was excellent, but the dentist was horrible. Probably the most painful experience in my life and was very traumatizing. I went in to have all my teeth removed. In doing so they did not sedate me or follow any guidelines and told me to raise my hand if I was feeling pain. They used Novocaine ( basically a step up from orajel ya buy at the store) instead of any kind of anesthesia. I felt everything half way through and they continued to torture me for another hour. They never explained anything before the procedure or I would have said no especially if I was gonna be awake and feel everything. The place is dirty too like they have no cleaners except in the front waiting room. My wife had to tell them to stop for a moment as she seen me in pain writhing on the chair shaking as tears rolled down my face ( I actually have a high pain tolerance but not for this). They need to overhaul the facility and get new staff that know how to work on teeth. It's been 30 hours from July 14 - 15th with my mouth still hurting and still bleeding which he said would stop. Also bad part is him and his female partner never introduced themselves beforehand. Let's just say I'll be going somewhere else to get dentures, because the place is a disgusting unsanitary mess and I'm scared to see what kinda pain they'd inflict on me trying to be fitted for dentures. Also sent home without any pain relievers of any sort after all my teeth were brutally pulled from me, my face swollen and gums bruised worse than they should be. Anyways hope this helps anyone that's thinking about coming here because they're are much better options out there. Beware those of you that choose this place and I can see why their average rating is 2 stars which I feel is generous

My experience was nothing but amazing. Hannah and the staff in peds took great care of my daughter and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable and let us know we were in good hands. I’m so glad I could trust them and that they made my daughter a priority. They were so nice, kind and gentle. My daughter trusted them and they made sure she was taken care of. 💙💙💙

Jenna in the student dentistry department was extremely rude and condescending. Should not be allowed to be student or patient facing.

Absolutely impressed with this dental clinic! The team is professional, friendly, and makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. The dentist is knowledgeable and thorough, explaining each step clearly. The clinic is spotless and equipped with modern technology. My treatment was painless and efficient. I highly recommend this clinic for top-notch dental care.

Dentistry doesn’t answer the phone. They also don’t seem to return any voicemails. The DMD student clinic will answer, however. Don’t waste your time with UK dentistry.

To give background, I had really bad dental anxiety prior to my entire experience with this dental office, and my experience made it worse. I was told I needed 3 cavities filled on my original visit. I did not have any issues with tooth pain before. I go in for my first filling and all seems fine. Then at my appointment at my second filling, I informed the dentist that I was having excruciating pain that was waking me up in the middle of the night and I was on around-the-clock meds just to make the pain tolerable enough to get through the day. The dentist waved it off and did some more filing and said to check back in a week. A week later I check back and still having the same pain. She did nerve testing and determined I would need a root canal and made a referral to the endodontist. The endodontist (not at this location) was amazing and helped me with my anxiety a lot but I had to return to the dentist to get my permanent crown. During the temporary crown appointment, the dentist tugged so hard on my lip that it ended up splitting and I was not able to fully open my mouth for 2 weeks because it would reopen my lip and cause more pain. In the appointment I informed the dentist that she was pulling really hard and her response was simply "there's no other way for me to do it." I had multiple breakdowns in that dental chair over this whole process, and this is just the first of 3 fillings I have to get done. I am in healthcare myself and I understand there are some procedure that are going to be uncomfortable or even painful for a patient, but I also understand when someone is experiencing a lot of anxiety and discomfort to work with them and maybe take a break, not just keep going and ignore them. I am hoping to find a new dentist soon, but there are few I the area that are taking new patients and my insurance. If there is any consolation, my dental hygienist was nice to me through the process and was the only one willing to help me through my anxiety.

I went in to have an infectious tooth removed. They did not give me antibiotics knowing it was infected and when I called because it’s still infected I have to go back in, pay for another appointment to get a prescription of antibiotics. I have high blood pressure and it’s been worse. My ear and neck are swollen, my face hurts. If I die due to this infection it’s on this clinic.
