My first visit to Ultra Smile Downtown was amazing. Dr. Saola Lara was incredibly thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire visit. A huge thank you to Sammy, Fabi, Katty, and the whole team. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and truly cared about providing great service. They went above and beyond to accommodate me and made sure I was able to complete all of my treatments and services the same day. What stood out the most was how they made me feel like part of the family while still delivering top-notch dental care. It’s not often you find a team that’s this professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She explained everything clearly and politely, which made me feel comfortable and at ease the entire visit. On top of that, she has a great sense of humor and made the appointment actually enjoyable. I’ve been coming to Ultra Smile for about 8 years from Los Angeles. Finding a good dentist is difficult. I’ve had a great experience with this office and have not changed. I appreciate the woman dentist she’s thorough and straight to the point. I’ve never felt taken advantage of for any extra procedures. My hygienist is also extremely professional and does an incredible job with my cleanings, her name is Fabiola. I had any recommend this location and staff.
