I chose this practice because you accept my insurance, the location is convenient to my home, and the hours accommodate my work schedule. The entire staff was very friendly, and I want to specifically commend Catherine for the exceptional care she provided during my teeth cleaning. Unlike past experiences elsewhere that were painful and uncomfortable due to aggressive scraping, Catherine was incredibly gentle and thorough. Thank you for the outstanding service. I look forward to my future appointments and hope to transition my husband to your practice as a patient as well.

Dental Hygienist and Dentist are very professional and always ask if you're ok during the procedure. The best I've been to for some time.

Visited Dr. Ung with a pediatric dental emergency for my son when his normal dentist was not available. We were seen quickly and without issue. And Dr. Ung did an excellent job!

I had a great experience today during my first appointment at UMG Family Dentistry. Lady UMG, my new dentist, was so kind and informative. She came highly recommended by a fellow employee and I have no regrets! All of the new technology was amazing; hard to believe how far X-Rays have come and how small and effective the cameras are. Also it was so great to be able to see up close your teeth on a wall screen. I have never experienced this before! Technology has come so far. I look forward to my next appointment.

The clinic is very welcoming and offers flexible availability, which makes scheduling easy. I was warmly greeted by Dr. Ung at the front desk and was able to begin treatment right away. Dr. Ung was incredibly kind and took the time to patiently explain everything to me, including proper flossing techniques. When I asked her about getting an electric toothbrush, she generously gave me a new one as a gift, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most to me was the personal care and attention, as well as the fact that it is a woman-owned practice. I highly recommend supporting this clinic!

I had my first appointment here as a new patient and had such a great experience. I am very particular after having a history of dental work. I was thorough in my search to find a new dentist. Dr. Lady Ung was incredibly thorough and took her time explaining everything in detail. I especially appreciated how much time she spent discussing hygiene and prevention. It didn’t feel rushed at all. I left feeling informed, comfortable, and confident about my dental health with a plan in place moving forward. Additionally, she was very transparent about price and I was able to discuss and make discussions for whitening based on that. So happy I found this practice!

She let me know about my insurance fees which lets me plan my financial aspects a lot better. And recommended what dental stuff I need and she recommends. So I can plan what stuff to get done asap.
