A special thank you to Dentist Doctors I worked with: Dr. Adham and Dr. Abdullah for their professionalism, expertise, and kind approach. They made the experience smooth and reassuring. The pricing is fair and reasonable for the quality of care provided, and the customer service is excellent, A huge thank for "Reem, Hala, Esraa, Rama..". The staff took the time to answer my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend Unique Smile Clinic to anyone looking for quality dental care, excellent customer service, and good value for money.

Not many doctors earn the kind of trust that keeps you coming back for over 5 years, but Dr. Tareef has. The confidence I have in his work comes from consistently high standard of treatment he provides and the results he delivers. He knows what he’s doing very well and always takes the time to explain things clearly and never makes you feel rushed. The clinic staff are wonderful too—friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Highly recommended.

My experience with this clinic was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The biggest issue is their complete lack of proper organization. My appointment was booked incorrectly even though the correct details are clearly in my file. When I arrived, instead of acknowledging the mistake or trying to fix it, the staff showed no real concern and I was basically left to deal with their error myself. The reception team appears polite on the surface, but there is no real efficiency or accountability behind it. They do not communicate properly, and there is a clear lack of coordination between reception and the booking system. The WhatsApp booking service is especially poor. Responses are slow or non-existent, no proper introduction is given, and appointments are handled carelessly, leading to repeated mistakes and confusion. It feels very unprofessional and disorganized. Overall, the administrative side of this clinic is badly managed and unreliable, and it causes unnecessary stress and wasted time for patients. The only positive aspect of my visit was the laser technicians, who were professional and did their work well. However, this does not make up for the poor customer service and lack of proper management throughout the rest of the clinic.

I had a great experience with Dr. Rola and her team. Everything was perfect from booking the appointment to the warm welcome at reception. Dr. Rola was very professional, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to sell or push any treatments. The quality of hydraFacial itself was excellent. Highly recommend Dr. Rola for anyone looking for a very nice Hydrafacial🤌🏻

I recently visited Dr. Zainab for a HydraFacial, and it was truly one of the best skincare experiences I’ve had. She took the time to explain each step of the treatment and the purpose behind it, which made me feel very comfortable and informed throughout. She was extremely gentle and attentive to my skin’s needs. What I appreciated most was her honesty—rather than pushing unnecessary treatments, she recommended simple, effective skincare products that I can easily find at any pharmacy, along with helpful tips to improve my skin. I will definitely be going back to her for further treatments, as I truly trust her professional opinion. She gained my confidence by prioritizing what is genuinely best for my skin rather than promoting unnecessary procedures, which is something I value highly. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Zainab if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and trustworthy professional.

Terrible. Unprofessional. We booked appointment for two persons after seeing an ad on Instagram. Before coming I reconfirmed again about the appointment. However once we arrived the receptionist had no clue. They told us to come back tomorrow. Wasted an entire hours trip to come here.

I had a great experience at this clinic and I’m very satisfied with the service. They respect appointment times, and the clinic is always clean and well-organized. Special thanks to Dr. Abdullah for my braces and Dr. Sally for my teeth cleaning and treatment. Both doctors are professional, kind, and do amazing work. The whole team is friendly and caring.
