Had my appointment today for 1pm. They took about 35 mins to call me while I was using the restroom real quick, told the employee doing the x-rays I will be right out and she skipped me. I waited one hour and 10 minutes to get a 2 minute x-ray. I am a calm and nice person but every time I come here I get treated so badly. I am a United States Army veteran. They messed up my root canal and I been in pain. After today’s appointment I will be moving to another dentist location. I seriously don’t give anyone a one star but damn it’s all bad here. The supervisor does not even take your concerns about this seriously. Last time here I swear the only convenience was the location to me roughly 5 minutes.
Had a 12pm appointment; didn't get seen until almost 1p. From there I was taken to get X-rays; another 20 min wait. Once that was done 30 mins later I got seen very briefly by the actual dentist only to wait another 15-20mins to be advised by the office manager of my X-ray results and proposed work to be done. I needed an extraction and cleaning. The office manager said that it would take 1 month for services to get reviewed for approval. A month?! I explained to her that once upon a time at a another dental office I had a root canal and cleaning the same day at which time she advised that I should return to that dentist because that office only accepts written approvals from MediCal. I took her advice and went to my previous dentist and got the extraction AND cleaning the same day! This dental office wasted 2hrs of my day that I can never get back just to have NOTHING done??? Customer service is bare minimum at best, dental equipment damaged and outdated and last but not least the policy of the dental office needs streamlining to service customers with more efficiency. To top it off, they called me later confirming a "root canal" was approved when I didn't even need a root canal smh. If you value time and execution, I wouldn't stop here.
This place is unbelievable I was waiting for more then 1 hr I feel they should pay for every broken appointment not been on time bet there service will improve
One star is too much. The first time I called, perhaps two months ago, they answered and hung up the phone almost immediately. I called back a moment later and they put me on hold for a little over 30 minutes. I called again this morning and was on hold for 29 minutes. I have the patience of a saint, as the saying goes, but I do have limits. Never again.
The worst service on earth and its surroundings. Even if you make an appointment, they will take forever to see you. The "assistants" are walking around so casual, like if you have no other things to do. They get one star, but I actually meant to give them minus 5😰
