The staff told me my jaw could break. (Scare tactics) The office waited a month to get my treatment plan to billing, if I had not contacted I am sure it would have never went. In the end it was 6 months from my accident until I got surgery done at another location. I should have gone to the other place first. Then attempted to bill me 4k with a second email stating I would need an extra 15k. The team emailing doesnt respond or gives non responses "I already did this", does not help to clarify, is not friendly, and do not care. The reason people have anxiety about medical staff is because of places treating them like this. Horrible.

The most uneducated, nasty, careless front desk workers I’ve ever dealt with. There’s a reason this doctors office has 2 stars on google. They deserve 1.

if i could give 0 starts i absolutely would. this place has gone downhill from when i started going about 2 years ago. everyone is respectful to your face but very rude when on the phone even with the billing department. they do not care about wasting your time. i had an 8:00 appointment which i had to drive an hour and a half for and got into the waiting room about 10 minutes early. I then sat in the waiting room until 8:30 and then sat in the exam room until 9:00 when finally i had enough and just left. no one said a single word to me about what was taking so long they actually expected me to come out into the hallway and find someone to ask what the hold up was. very unprofessional and a huge waste of time

We visited Dr. Wilken several times, but we did not feel much enthusiasm or engagement toward the patient. The lack of coordination and feedback made the experience frustrating and a waste of time. We went to the office at least 3 to 4 times and eventually gave up. I hope future patients get clearer communication and follow-up.

Believe the reviews. I didn’t even see the doctor until 1 1/2 hours after my appointment time. I was ready to walk out and should have. They’ve recommended a small procedure but I’ll find another oral surgeon. No one even apologized until I asked if this was normal. I was told if I wanted to be seen there I need to be patient. I can’t be an hour and a half late to doctor appointments so why are they allowed to treat patients this way. Worst patient experience I’ve had in years and I see tons of doctors.

all these reviews made me so nervous but i can say i was pleasantly surprised. in the spirit of honesty ill admit, getting an appointment here was quite challenging— we played a lot of phone tag and they book FARRRR out. !!!YOU ALSO NEED A REFERRAL!!! it took us a bit of time to get seen but once we got there it was pleasant. the receptionists were helpful and kind and Dr cacamese and dr abdul were fantastic and so helpful and i felt listened to and like my care is in good hands. shout out to Diamond the receptionist she’s been the MVP helping me get this appt scheduled :)

I was referred to this practice for a surgery by my ENT(verbally) he didn't not submit a referral so I wasn't aware I even needed one. The first time I called about setting up a consultation the woman on the phone was so blatantly rude stating "how will we even know if we can help you if you don't have a referral?" I was able to contact my dentist to send over records and a referral through the online portal. When I called to schedule the consultation, they were unable to location it. I heard her misspelling my name while typing and when I said "no ma'am, it's Z, not V, she replied, well you said V". Pretty sure I know how to spell my own last name after 15 years. I could've written off the one rude receptionist, but two? Unacceptable. I understand customer service is challenging, but when someone is being respectful to you and simply trying to get the medical attention they need, there is no room for cattiness. Do better.
