Very helpful doctors
I was seen by student states she does.not commuicate with patients about the work she is doing. Several times started give a shot with out my permission. Not organized. Left me up in air while doing procedure. One tooth hit a nerve have get root canal. Had not problem per xrays . Then student could not find old records. She referred me did not give number or where togo for Endo clinic. Said she did not know the number. I have been there year now. She has graduated so I have wait for services. Receptionist all but one was the most helpful. Go with caution. Get questions up front. Do not agree anything you do not want. Two teeth find had abcess with one other needs root canal because she hit a nerve. Student will not be honest with Teacher, cover up work and denied it. Lied !!!.Becareful.
The process of simply making an appontment is ridiculous. Not even worth the trouble. I'll go to Howard. You guys are killing yourselves. Edit: went to Howard University and they couldn't help me. Called here again to go through this BS process and pay a bunch of money knowing they might not even treat me, and then you tell me this process could take over a year? Are you kidding me? Like is that a joke? Unbelievable.
Very professional. They explain in detail the procedures and the reasons for what they are doing. Multiple doctors are consulted, so it's not just one person's opinion. Senior Doctors work closely with the students.
I've been going here for maybe 25 years because the standard of care is much higher than you can get out in the private sector. It's also less expensive and they do take your insurance.
I have the braces on my teeth...because they will eventually send me to oral surgery and bring the tooth that's stuck in my face down......SOOO COOL 😎 & INNOVATIVE. the staff here is Soo KIND. GENTLE & PROFESSIONAL. Special shout out to my team AHN from comprehensive dentistry on the second floor & Dr. Steindfeild From Ortho. I Love them....& If you get the privilege of meeting them. You will too!!!!
Really great service. They only take 6 ppl a day for the urgent care services they open at 6:30 but ppl start to line up at 3:00am. The same day the pulled one of my teeth. And I was scheduled to come back for the rest. The students are amazing they make you feel comfortable. They stay in contact to make sure you follow back up with them. 10/10
Have been here twice in the past 5 years for my children to have dental work. The staff has always been awesome. Very friendly and thorough. I was impressed with my last visit on January 19. My 3 year old son had major dental work under general anesthesia. He had an awesome team. Since he has second degree heartblock, several precautions were taken. He had a cardiologist team on stand-by. Doctors called the next couple of days to check in on him. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thanks!!
