Best dental office in KC. The staff is extremely personable and makes going to the dentist much more enjoyable. Dr. Shivam is incredibly knowledgeable as well. Also - huge perk but it’s so nice getting your medical apts done in the same office. I always schedule them back to back and knock out your dentist and doctor in the same visit!

From out of town,needed work done immediately, they accepted my insurance and took care of me. Painless extraction of bad tooth, and saved the other one. I wish I lived nearer to this clinic. May God bless the good seed sown by the team here!

The team here made what is usually a stressful chore feel like a breeze. Everything was explained clearly and the office was super clean and comfortable, which I really appreciated. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time and didn't have to wait long at all to be seen. It’s definitely a solid choice if you need a reliable place to get your checkup done without any hassle.

Let me start off by saying I have horrible dentist anxiety due to my experiences growing up. This has resulted in me putting off being seen for way longer than I should (tsk tsk, I know..), but I had no choice recently when I broke off a significant chunk of my back molar. I looked around for quite a bit of time and ultimately landed on UpCare due to wanting the option for sedation, if needed. My experience with UpCare from the very beginning has been nothing but amazing. They worked with me to make sure I had everything I needed in order to feel comfortable throughout the procedure, talked me through all of my options for the treatment itself, and even broke down the cost of everything so I could know what to expect when it was all said and done. Due to time constraints (aka leaving the country in less than two weeks), I wasn't able to do full on sedation for my root canal and crown. That didn't stop them from finding me the next best alternative and then making sure I knew that if I was uncomfortable at any time, we could stop. That meant more to me than I think they realized. And because they knew I was leaving, they made sure to do their best to get me in as quickly and as many times as needed to get it taken care of! The staff is truly the differentiating factor here. There are a lot of dentist offices you could go to, but they won't make you feel as at ease as these folks do. Right out of the gate you have Megan and Gabriel up front being such warm, welcoming individuals that it's hard to be anxious (which is saying something from me). Then that energy carries on to Fabi in back taking care of you and making sure you're comfortable the entire time, whether it's the procedure itself or the follow-ups after. And of course Dr. Shivam taking the extra steps to hear out my concerns and anxieties and accommodating them in the procedure. I never once felt like I was being judged or that I was a burden for my existing anxiety. Don't get me wrong - I'm still anxious by nature, but I've left the office every time feeling good and that's all thanks to them! 😊 TLDR: They're great. Especially if you're an anxious bean like me!

I had such a positive experience here! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Fabi was amazing—she made me feel so calm and comfortable during my appointment, which meant a lot since I was nervous. The doctor was also very kind and explained everything clearly. Their prices are very reasonable as well. I’m really glad I came here and would definitely recommend them!
