If you need to get a root canal, do not come here. I'll say it again, do not come here. I had a root canal procedure here over 2.5 years ago on a bottom right molar and I've been having issues ever since. I've had x-rays after x-rays and saw at least 6 different dentists including an endodontist (they're not cheap) and they all agreed it was way too deep. Basically, the root canal was so deep that it is near a nerve. I remember after the procedure, I had complained about it and came back for a visit a week or two later. It feels like a non-stop toothache. I can only chew on my left side because if I chew with my right and accidentally bite too hard, my whole right side of the mouth practically goes numb due to the pain and the sensitivity won't subside for at least a day. And it feels like it may be infected, but it's not. I've spent so much money seeing different dentists, having countless x-rays and consultations. Unfortunately, I've decided it's not worth it anymore to try and save the tooth. I'm going to have it pulled out before the end of the year because I can't handle this pain anymore and it will have to sit empty until I can afford an implant which will cost thousands of dollars. You've been warned. PS He's also an upseller and him and his staff will push it on you. That doesn't make for a good experience when they're just trying to bang you out.

I had an excellent experience with my dental assistant. he was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My cleaning was thorough, gentle, and left my teeth feeling incredibly clean. he paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was done perfectly. Worst experience I’ve ever had. This office is nothing like it used to be. I was scheduled to see Dr. Sherwin Benlevi, but instead I was seen by a female dentist without any explanation. No one introduced themselves or identified their role, so I had no idea who was treating me. There was construction throughout the office, the treatment chair was visibly dirty, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The office appeared disorganized, poorly maintained, and lacked basic standards of professionalism. I left feeling confused and uncomfortable with the entire visit. Based on my experience, it felt like the focus was more on billing my insurance than on providing quality patient care. I left without confidence in the treatment I received. The lack of communication, cleanliness, and professionalism was deeply concerning. I believe this office should be reevaluated by the appropriate health authorities to ensure it is meeting acceptable standards of patient care.

I would like to thank Dr. Benlevi and his staff: Francheska (the magical Office unicorn) , Dr. Jackie (soft spoken but serious) , Dr. Ethan (gentle beast), Keke (beautiful energy at the front desk ), Lale (the next Dr.), George (a true gem with a smile), Enver (a poised team player). I am not a very calm patient (dbl entendre) at the dentist and have heavy anxiety! Each one exemplified a high level of hospitality, care, empathy, as well as, going above and beyond when it came to me and my needs. Dr. Benlevi and his office manager Francheska made sure the emergency service I needed was done and without pain before being presented an award at Lincoln Center last May (2026). Today i visited this dental office for a teeth cleaning, and I am extremely satisfied with the experience. The young lady who performed the cleaning did an amazing job unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she truly deserves recognition for her professionalism and care. The service was at a very high level from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. Five stars for the entire team and the excellent service. I highly recommend this place!

I have my general dentist appointment checked today and I loved it (since I don’t like to go to the dentist at all), it was quiet, efficient, dental stuff really nice. Jimena was who did my teeth cleaning and loved her because she was gentle while using that annoying little machine that I assume everyone hates, besides her the dentist and the professional in charge of checking my gums were really kind and helpful…

I had a wonderful experience here! The space is incredibly clean and professional, but it’s the staff that really stands out. They went out of their way to assist me with all the insurance forms, making the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a team this dedicated to their patients

I was referred to Dr. Benlevi by another patient, which already felt like a good sign—kind of a dental word-of-mouth situation. My first appointment was the most thorough I’ve ever had. X‑rays? Check. Cleaning? Check. Exam? Double check. Five‑star treatment from start to finish. If I really have to nitpick (and I do, because I’m leaving a review), the office is a bit cramped and could use a refresh. But honestly, when the care is this good, I can survive a cozy waiting room. Highly recommended.

Absolutely atrocious experience at this quack dental office. They are also visibly disgustingly maintained and unsanitary for a facility that is providing medical services. You can see the stains on the walls and chairs before getting your teeth checked out. I scheduled an appointment one week in advance. When I arrived, they had me fill out some forms (normal) and I overheard them talking about how they messed up the scheduling. Instead of admitting their fault, they kept me an hour while telling me to wait and be patient. When I finally got attended to by the dentist, I told him about my issue where a previous dentist applied a filling to the side of my teeth (their solution to resolve gum recession) and this filling had now fallen out. He denied that this was even possible to happen in the first place. When I explained the procedure that had been done, he continued to deny that this happened to my teeth and told me that he couldn't see what I was talking about. I showed him what I was talking about through their own teeth scans, and he said that was discoloration and not a previous filling. I no longer wished to deal with this horrible service so I asked to leave. As a last remark from the dentist, he told me to "educate myself better". This dental office should be every patients' nightmare. They are a great example of how medical professionals can sometimes take advantage of patients because we are told to always "trust doctors". It is a real shame that clinics like this exist which can ruin reputations of the hard work that many other medical professionals work towards daily.
