STAY AWAY My experience at this office was so incredibly unprofessional and the level of greed this office has is something that I have never seen with any medical provider in my life. After reading other reviews, I feel validated seeing that others had similar terrible experiences. I visited back in February. The waiting room was crammed and the office was DISGUSTING, so unclean. I had already provided recent X-rays from the last 6 months, but the office took new ones, and my insurance only covers them once a year, so I had to pay. The cleaning felt rushed, and during my exam, Dr. Benlevi came in eating a snack and briefly took a phone call. Him eating while looking at my teeth was so unprofessional and honestly gross. The cleaning did not feel thorough. Another person came into the room who recommended gum treatment, but said it wouldn’t be covered by insurance. They literally brought the payment terminal to the chair and I paid $250 out of pocket, which surprised me given that I’ve never had a cavity and no prior dentist ever expressed gum concerns. They used scare tactics to get money from me, even though I definitely did not need this injection. Literally scarred from my visit, I switched dentists. Now this office is charging a fee to transfer my records electronically, which is ILLEGAL. I won’t be paying it, and I would honestly recommend that others do their research before scheduling here.

i last minutely reached out via text to this office seeing how soon they can take me in due to finding out i needed a root canal and i was in PAIN so i urgently needed the procedure . They basically took me within the next day as a new patient.. From the second i walked in , throughout my dental care and until i left i was nothing but grateful how amazing everyone in this office is . everyone is so welcoming , supportive and friendly . my root canal procedure was PAINLESS !!! To which i was shocked.. everyone is hands on & everything was done sooo fast !! i had the first best experience with this office .. super professional !!! All the staff & doctors were amazingggg . once again, i’m super grateful!! see ya soon (:

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! I recently had two crowns done by Dr. Sherwin, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed. The office is beautiful, spotless, and has such a warm, family-like atmosphere that immediately makes you feel comfortable. The entire team is incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. You can tell they truly care about their patients and work together seamlessly. They use the highest-quality materials along with the most advanced digital scanning and imaging technology, and it really shows in the precision and quality of the treatment. What makes this clinic truly special is Dr. Sherwin himself. He is involved in every step of the process, constantly checking in, making sure everything is perfect, and genuinely caring about his patients. His professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication are truly exceptional. I felt I was in the best hands from beginning to end. Finding a dentist you can completely trust is priceless, and that’s exactly how I feel about Dr. Sherwin and his team. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. If you need to get a root canal, do not come here. I'll say it again, do not come here. I had a root canal procedure here over 2.5 years ago on a bottom right molar and I've been having issues ever since. I've had x-rays after x-rays and saw at least 6 different dentists including an endodontist (they're not cheap) and they all agreed it was way too deep. Basically, the root canal was so deep that it is near a nerve. I remember after the procedure, I had complained about it and came back for a visit a week or two later. It feels like a non-stop toothache. I can only chew on my left side because if I chew with my right and accidentally bite too hard, my whole right side of the mouth practically goes numb due to the pain and the sensitivity won't subside for at least a day. And it feels like it may be infected, but it's not. I've spent so much money seeing different dentists, having countless x-rays and consultations. Unfortunately, I've decided it's not worth it anymore to try and save the tooth. I'm going to have it pulled out before the end of the year because I can't handle this pain anymore and it will have to sit empty until I can afford an implant which will cost thousands of dollars. You've been warned. PS He's also an upseller and him and his staff will push it on you. That doesn't make for a good experience when they're just trying to bang you out.

I had an excellent experience with my dental assistant. he was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. My cleaning was thorough, gentle, and left my teeth feeling incredibly clean. he paid close attention to every detail and made sure everything was done perfectly.
