I scheduled an appointment over concern about a couple issues I was having with my teeth. I was in an out within an hour feeling very satisfied with the results and every question I had. Great team they have and very welcoming.👍👍

Amazing .. from start to finish. Booked my first appointment online. Was made aware of my estimated co-pay and was able to easily fill out my registration forms. I was brought right back, after being warmly greeted by Lauren. The office is bright, modern, and comfortable. All of my concerns were addressed, and my questions answered in a kind, and professional manner. The whole team are rockstars. Dr. V took his time, and was more thorough than I could have ever hoped. I was so excited for the 3D scan that was taken, so I could see in real time what my teeth looked like. Being able to see and review my X-rays, and pictures with the doc was really important to me. Hygienist Ms. Kelly was able to quickly and painlessly measure my gums, and give me some tips on how I get to do better keeping my teeth clean, and healthy Chaney docs assistant was so helpful, and kind.. with some laughs along the way. Already can’t wait for my 6 month cleaning !! Thank you so much ☺️

I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. One of the first things I appreciated was how close the office is to my home, less than five minutes away, which is such a wonderful benefit. The facility itself is beautiful, new, clean, and thoughtfully designed. As soon as I walked in, I loved the aesthetic and décor. The staff greeted me with kindness and friendliness, and the whole office had such a good spirit and welcoming energy. The music was great too. I even found myself bopping and humming along while I was there! The enrollment process was incredibly smooth, from finding the office online, making the first phone call, communicating by text, getting into the portal, and submitting my paperwork. Everything felt easy and well-organized. The dentist and team was also a pleasure to meet with. They took their time explaining what I needed to know as a new patient and helped me begin thinking about my long-term goals for my smile and dental health. I really appreciated how thoughtful and patient everyone was. And one small touch I loved: when I was laid back in the chair, there was a TV on the ceiling with a beautiful scene to look at. It made the experience feel even more calming and comfortable. Overall, this was a lovely experience. The people were kind, the environment was beautiful, and I felt genuinely cared for. I’m grateful to have found this office and would absolutely recommend them.

Went in for a routine cleaning and had a great experience. The office has a calm and clean atmosphere, and the front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Susan, my dental hygienist, did a thorough examination and cleaning. She was kind, caring, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Dr. V was excellent as well. He was professional, attentive, and never rushed me into making any decisions regarding cosmetic or aesthetic treatments. I appreciated his honest approach and focus on providing quality care. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend this practice.

very good experience. i had NEVER gotten a cavity filled before and was nervous when I had to get three done. Dr. Kyle Viloria ensured that I was comfortable the whole time and provided an experience i can honestly call relaxing. i never would have thought i’d be fighting to fall asleep during a dentist appointment, much less while my cavities are being filled. but that’s exactly what happened! highly recommend. the front desk staff is also extremely kind and helpful. great all around. :)

Today was my first visit to V Dental and it was a great experience front start to finish. Dr Viloria was excellent explaining all treatment options in detail. His dental assistant was excellent through the entire process. Them Lauren came in and explained everything in detail regarding the cost of the treatment. I would highly recommend this practice.

I had an appointment for a routine cleaning and check up since I recently switched dentist. Upon entry, the office was clean and holiday ready with simple decor. The receptionist Abigail was very welcoming and had such great Customer Service personality. Dr V completed the examination and recommended that I get a deep clean. He was able to fit me in two hours later. He kept checking with me to hear if I was ok throughout the deep cleaning process. I left the office with little to no discomfort, was able to eat dinner that night though the area was a bit tender to the bite. Two days after, I got a text from Abigail asking how I feel and if I had and questions on my care. This is just the kinda dental service and doctor we need in the Prosperity/ Benfield are of Charlotte. Dr V, thanks for choosing our area for your practice. Looking forward to my follow up appointment in January.

The staff is very kind and accommodating. I felt extremely comfortable and I was given one of the most thorough exams that I've ever had at a dentist. I appreciate that I was able to sue all of the issues described and felt like a part of the planning for my care plan. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

Had gotten cosmetic work done in Mexico 2018. Since then, I’ve been looking for someone to be my local dentist. Dr.V and his staff made me feel right at home. Put my veneer back on and set me up with one there monthly insurance packets. So I go back on the Dec 16 for a cleaning and check-up. And affordable. Beautiful office too.
