V2 Family Dentistry was highly recommended by a friend when we moved to McMinnville. She was right! I needed a crown. I was amazed at the new technology. They are professional, efficient, affordable and gentle. We’re so glad we found them!
First 2 experiences were normal. Last experience (teeth cleaning) I walked in and had to walk out after front desk informed me that someone was out and I would have to wait 2+ months to reschedule. I finally get another appointment (just teeth cleaning) and they want to take more x-rays stating it has been a couple weeks since the 2 years required by oregon law to do anything to my teeth. I would have definitely been under 2 years if they had kept their appt. Walked out again disappointed. I timed my appointments to specifically not have to take an x-ray of my face every 2 years for simple teeth cleanings.
I had a wonderful experience. She was was good at cleaning my teeth and she was a very pleasant person.
About 3 years ago V2 Family fixed my broken front tooth by installing a ceramic crown. When I had the work done the dentist advised me that their work on my crown was guaranteed for 5 years. It has been great not doing half smiles all the time and was really happy with their work. Just recently on Wednesday April 22nd 2026 about 4pm my crown came off and I called and left message about my issue and asked for a call back to schedule a time to fix it. It was late in the day so wasn't really expecting a call back until the next day. To my surprise I received a call back about a half hour later about 4:40 pm from Amber who was very helpful and pleasant. She got me an appointment for the very next day at 10:30 am. On Thursday April 23rd I showed up and was seen on time. They checked my crown thoroughly to make sure there wasn't any other issue besides the glue wearing out. Everything checked out on X-ray so they glued it back on and removed excess glue to make sure it was comfortable. I was in and out of there within a half hour and they honored their warranty without any argument and didn't charge me for the repair. It's so refreshing to receive excellent service and deal with honorable people that stand by their work. I trust them and will use them for any future dental needs. Thank you!
Excellent care! I am a senior woman with a lifelong fear of dentists. They were very gentle and understanding. The group also had a very good "team" work ethic. Their calm demeanor made me relax and trust them.
Great experience every time I visit. Every staff member was genuinely kind and personable. Dr. Brian is extremely skilled, made a difficult root canal seem like a breeze, and very laid back. Good tunes on the speakers, too. Highly recommend!
Excellent hygienist. Highly recommended. Thorough, water blast, gentle; best hygienist I have had in town. I like to have my teeth cleaned twice if not three times a year to help prevent plaque build up or bleeding gums. My last DDS charged three times more for an inferior and shorter clean and wanted payment before the appointment, unheard of, actually, so I had no choice and fired them. So happy to have found the right Dental Group for me!
Dr Brian is amazing and a miracle worker when working with very little. He fixed my partial created a "meg Ryan " post on it...even tho im hard on my teeth he help and his wife is also amazing and so patient. Now I need to see them again just need insurance 😩
