I went to visit for a very specific problem. The bad news is it was not good news for me. I was prepared for the worst. The staff were professional and kind throughout. Special mention to the dentist who was forthcoming in a kind, non-judgemental way. He was informative (to a degree) of all my options and left me a clear written quote if I chose to move forward. Having done a ton of more research, I discovered that this quote was definitely in the higher echelon. Not unfair, just in the top tier. As I am looking for something in the mid-range, I would have preferred more options. At the end of the day I have chosen to go another way, but I cannot say an unkind word about this clinic.
I had oral surgery this morning by Dr Ferral and it was much easier than I expected! She was patient and answered all of my questions with thoroughness and kindness. She is extremely professional and compassionate. The staff is also kind and professional. Valencia Smiles is a hidden gem of a practice!
On March 13, I came in for a crown and cavity fillings, and both Dr. Valencia and Nayeli were amazing! Throughout the entire procedure, they consistently checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. They were incredibly caring, and I’m very happy with the results. Today I returned for a cleaning, and Tory took great care of me. I can’t thank her enough for being such a phenomenal hygienist. She was kind, caring, and very professional. I truly appreciate the excellent care she provided. Overall, everyone at Valencia Smiles is very friendly, and I’m grateful for the way they genuinely care about their patients.
