Winter Weather Warning today 12/9/ 2025 3pm and snowy blizzard conditions with VERY dangerous driving but it's a $75 penalty per the Receptionist to cancel your appointment less than 24 hour advance notice. This place is a joke and I wouldn't waste your time or money going here. Plus, Receptionist said its a 6 month wait to reschedule the appointment! I guess we'll avoid getting in an accident today and we'll also avoid going to this place ever again. Lost a family of 3 customers forever for $75 and in blizzard conditions. They don't care about you.

After three years of blissful ignorance (or strategic avoidance), I finally decided to reunite with my long-lost dentist, Dr. Ash. I expected judgment, maybe a lecture on flossing, or at least a dramatic gasp upon seeing my neglected teeth. Instead, I was greeted with warmth, efficiency, and—shockingly—a same-day appointment. Dr. Ash and her team operate with the precision of a Formula 1 pit crew. Before I could even process my dental guilt, I was whisked into the chair, and reassured that my teeth weren’t beyond salvation. The office is a delightful blend of professionalism and comfort, where even the sound of the drill feels oddly soothing (or maybe that was just the anesthesia kicking in). Would I recommend Valley Creek Dentistry? Absolutely. If they can welcome back a rogue patient after three years with open arms and a same-day appointment, imagine what they can do for someone who actually follows their dental advice! Five stars— i would ghost them again just to experience the reunion. 😆🦷 Thank you Dr Ash.....you rock!

Very pleased with our visit with Dr. Ash and Ellie, they were amazing, sweet and genuine. I had a very bad experience previously from a dental clinic and was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect, Dr. Ash and Ellie made me feel at ease. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Took their time to explain the entire process, treatment and options for me. They gave me all the information and answered questions. The staff are amazing. From now on, will be using Valley Creek for me and my family! Highly recommend them.
