had a wonderful experience at Valley Dental Care. From the very beginning, Tanya was incredibly kind and welcoming when I called to schedule my appointment. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable right away. Claudia was wonderful as well. She explained all the financial aspects clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood everything and felt confident moving forward. Andy, Brenda, and Yvette are truly amazing. They are patient, compassionate, and professional, and it’s clear they genuinely love what they do. Their dedication to patient care shines through in every interaction. Dr. C is kind, patient, and attentive. He takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I was extremely nervous when I first came in, but I left feeling like a new person. The entire team has been such a blessing, and I am so grateful for the care I received. Update – 6/3/26 Today, I received my final bridge—yay! This was such an emotional and meaningful moment for me. I love to smile, and being able to do so again without feeling self-conscious about my teeth is truly life-changing. I will forever be grateful to Dr. C and his incredible team for giving me my smile and confidence back. Thank you for everything!

From the moment you walk through the doors until the moment you leave, this place treats you like gold! I’ve never been somewhere that made me feel so welcomed by so many people. A special thank you to Mariela for taking the time to answer all of my questions and genuinely talk with me, even while she was busy. Her kindness and patience meant so much to me. I truly can’t imagine going anywhere else!

I would never recommend this dental office to anyone. My very first visit I went in for a cleaning. They told me I needed a deep cleaning. While getting the cleaning. They gave me a couple shots on my upper lip. Now I have scaring from several surgery on my upper lip. So, the tech didn't bother checking my scar and focused the shot into the scar tissue. Was the worst pain ever I screamed and cried it was so painful. Needless to say from that moment I could not feel my upper lip & nose for over 4 to 5 months. Had to go to a Dr. to make sure it didn't damage anything. Second the office calls you to schedule for a cleaning. But I informed them that this month was not good for me and the admin person was rude and kept asking what about this date. "You can't make the time to get it done!". I let them know I would call them if I wanted to schedule but in June. I receive a message that I have a scheduled appointment May 18th. I never schedule it and called to let them know I never scheduled this appointment. Of course I dont believe the system automatically schedule it. I feel they are lying. Second complaint: My husband went to see the Dentist due to a toothache. Dentist checked him and he was told he has an infection and needed some work done. He was told by the office that he needed some work done and that it would cost X amount. My husband told the office person that he would need to think about it and get back with them. He asked for his prescription and was told there was not one given. So this Dentist said my husband had an infection and didn't give him a prescription. Because my husband didn't agree to the work. So he walk out with an infection NO PRESCRIPTION !! I FEEL THIS DENTIST OFFICE SCAM'S THEIR PATIENCE ON THE AMOUNTS THEY CHARGE. Thank goodness we have found an amazing Dentist that is trustworthy. Took care of my husband's infection before any work was done. His health came first. At Valley Dental Care it is the wallet that comes first before the patience health!!!

I had a fantastic experience at the dentist office, and I want to give a special shoutout to Tanya. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. Tanya made me feel comfortable and at ease. Her excellent communication skills and genuine care truly stand out. It's clear that she is dedicated to providing top-notch care and making patients feel valued.

I want to thank Valley Dental Care for their dedication in making sure that I was able to get my treatment taken care of. Valley Dental did an amazing job with my crowns. Being a truck driver and not having much availability they made sure to accommodate to my needs and times I was available. Staff was wonderful they made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of while my procedure was being conducted. They made sure I was in no pain throughout my procedure they also made all the adjustments necessary so I could walk out of there feeling comfortable with my crowns. I'm very happy with the job they did and their professionalism towards my expectations they went above and beyond.

I want to thank Valley Dental Care for helping me out with my treatment. I want to start with the front with coming with Vanessa helping me schedule my appt. Adrian for taking my call and the office manager for assuring me everything is going to be ok to the back office with Brenda taking care of me. Thank you for accepting me and taking care of me. Valley dental care is the best place to go. I did read the bad reviews but the billing situation is really about interest. They go out of there to explain everything. Thank you for helping me and my treatment. I would recommend everyone to Valley Dental Care.
