Wanted to post about my great experience with Dr. Schenkman! I came in with a lot of pain from a wisdom teeth extraction I’ve been putting off for years, mostly for the cost of the procedure being quoted an insanely high amount from another office a couple years ago. I had been in a ton of pain this last week and had been referred to this office. I’m pleased to say I was quoted a substantially lower amount, got in same week and finally had the opportunity to get them out. I was very nervous with the procedure and sedation but the staff was nice, assuring and made me very comfortable. Dr. Schenkman walked me through everything I needed to know and helped calmed my nerves about the process. I got them out the same day and on day two now with no pain just a little soreness in my jaw. Im so happy with how everything went and would recommend this office if you are experiencing pain and needing extractions asap! Thank you so much for the great experience.

I’ve had to have 3 root canals in the last 6 months and Dr. Elseed is the only one I trust for my root canals . He was even able to save my tooth and not have it extracted unlike all the other dentist’s said I would need it pulled . I was grateful for his expertise . He’s done such a great job on my teeth . He is absolutely amazing and professional . Made me feel at ease and would only trust him to do work on my teeth. I did find out I have another infected tooth and normally I would cry and say more bad news, for me ,but I won’t I have Dr. Elseed and he’s worth every penny.

My son had an appointment earlier this year to see about getting his wisdom taken out. No surprise we did not go through with it. Asked young lady if there would be any further charges aside from what we would pay such as copay etc because everything else was covered and paid for. She assured me that there would be no other charges. Low and behold receive an invoice that we owe. Fine not a big deal, I send the payment in may, a month later get another invoice I still owe and payment was not received. I end up calling trying to get answers and was told that it may have gotten lost in the mail. Again I resend the payment and a month later still my payment has not been received and I believe this was the final attempt before I think it said would go to collections don't remember. I have already called a few times trying to confirm if payment was received but has not been cashed. At this point I have called about 3-5 times and I am calling again as I am writing this review. And in the billing dept they keep saying that the manager would call me back and let me know what is going on and we're trying so hard to investigate to see what is going on, and not one call has ever been made to get in touch with me. But my husband did clarify that there is in fact 2 checks cleared for the same amount on the same day. And I am trying to see if they are going to refund me that extra amount that I sent.

Dr. Feiger was great and explained things really well. The staff was really wonderful and accommodating to me, as I have dental anxiety. My only suggestion is having nitrous to help anxious patients. I would have given a perfect score if that had been an option. I did make it through without it but it was stressful. Glad to have it over with and they did a great job!

Same thing everyone else says. Made me wait 90 minutes past scheduled time to get seen. Refused to use the x-rays I provided from THEIR referral, that were less than 24 hours old. Then TRIED to refuse to provide me a copy of the (IDENTICAL) x-rays they took, which I paid for and were literally duplicative. I reminded them refusing any medical records is against the law. Then they coughed up the x-rays pretty quickly. I believe this place scams people because they profit more from taking x-rays than providing substantive procedures.

Dr Sheridan & his team of professionals made me feel comfortable & everyone was easy to talk to I was able to ask questions & my answers were explained so I can understand. I sincerely feel comfortable with telling everyone to make the who experience theirs!

Communication is VERY POOR. I have been trying to reach them for 3 days now. I had an appt Monday left crying in pain even though it was referred by my doctor. I am trying to get scheduled for the procedure and no one will answer. No one will call back despite the messages I have left.
