staff's like kathleen, maria and myra are not good. not accommodating to the needs of their clients. my mistake to switch to this dental clinic. Doctor only saw me once and that's it. did tell my complains but they did nothing at all. they're trying to avoid their clients, they just want money! already cancelled my husband and daughter's appt with them. Very frustrated with their services. would not recommend this clinic to my family and friends here in Bakersfield.

Is this really a good dentist, front desk and assistants? Initial visit and whitening went well, but my visit yesterday was horrible. I went in for 4 crowns on the front 4 teeth. I informed them before I made the appointment that I was status post total knee replacement. I also put it in on their forms so they would know. I told the dentist, but he didn't understand. What? I had treatment from at least 4 assistants who had no idea what they were doing. The first said they were doing the front 2 teeth, they second came in and injected the front and tooth next to it and let me know they were doing the right two (so what happened to the initial plan?). Then a third came in and was surprised I had a total knee replacement and had to go talk to the dentist. She said I needed antibiotics, and that they were doing all 4 at once. This was not the agreement. I stated I would do 2 at a time. I scheduled this visit for 2 crown set ups as I did not want to be in the chair for 3-4 hours. So now they would only do 4 in one sitting. I met with the dentist and he mention nothing about 4, in fact he explained nothing regarding what he would do this visit. The right hand has no ideas what the left is doing here. For me it was a mess, so I walked out. The dentist called me and texted me and blamed it on me! He then stated if I came back he would call law enforcement! I have zero respect for this business and had no plans to ever see him again. This guy likes to talk a lot, but fails to listen. I did tell one assistant and a front desk worker what poor job they did. Sorry, but, as you can read, they did do a bad job. I have looked the comments and found that when this "dentist" responds to a negative review, he places the blame on the patient, not his business. Hey, you make mistakes! He writes the same thing every time about us not being humanitarians and bad patients. No business owner responds like that! This guy seems to be a narcissist that wants money and only good reviews. Sorry, it doesn't work that way.

I would give them a 10 Dr.Huang went above and beyond to help me with my dental needs.He takes the time to listen with any concerns and works with you. He is So caring and compassionate is there to help his patients. All the staff are so friendly and caring. I would recommend Valley Grace Dental for all your dental needs.

Brought my 93yr old mom to see about dentures. The staff was so caring and took their time with her. Dr. Arthur Houng was EXCELLENT! He was careful to answer all of our questions and explained her options. I would highly recommend this office! Thank you

First and last time! I hate surprise bills and worse when the front staff tell you to call your employer and tell them to get better coverage for their employees. Makes me wonder how great her insurance is. Update: Just got a call from Sandra to waive off the balance because they quickly saw my review. BTW Sandra is the same person who made the comment to me.

Not everyone loves to have their teeth cleaned. However, having my teeth cleaned by Victor, a dental hygienist at Valley Grace Dental has helped me to both go regularly to the office for dental maintenance, and to get over my fear of pain due to tooth sensitivity. He is thorough and very gentle using his instruments. Dr. Juang regularly inspects my teeth and gums. I was in and out quickly. Myra the Receptionist completed all transactions professionally and promptly, and I was soon out the door on my way. This dental clinic is clean and well run, and I like going there.

One of the best experiences I’ve had going to a dentist. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with kindness. The doctor also takes his time in explaining x-rays or any additional procedures/treatments that you may need or can benefit from. All staff are very friendly, so if you’re looking into going here, don’t think twice and book your appointment!
