I purchased the dental plan through them. They will strategically your dental plan expire before getting any services done if you aren’t on top of it. The cleaning I did receive was mediocre, idk if it’s because I was black but I have had several cleanings and it was not thorough at all, felt like they didn’t want to touch me. I paid out of pocket for my 2 bottom wisdom teeth removal and planned to get the other 2 out when I could but I went for a cleaning on Friday and they irritated one of the teeth in which I scheduled to get removed in the next 2 weeks and I had told them it was bothering me when they asked if I was having any problems before they started the cleaning. Young dentist and he was very nonchalant and seem to laugh when I asked what to do for the pain and responded, “yea well there’s nothing I can do, you have to get those teeth removed!” I will say that’s the worst experience I’ve had in the 4 visits I’ve been! I did change my son’s dentist to valley wide but I will definitely be changing that asap! I do not recommend and I am currently searching for better dental services!
Hygienists are among the best of the best! Super kind and friendly. Amazing with the kids!! They make it such a pleasant experience, my kids have turned from hating the dentist visits to absolutely loving the dentist bc of these special women!!! Very clean and nice place, well kept! They’ve got TVs on the ceilings above all the chairs for the kids to watch while having their teeth cleaned, and they have the cutest little goody bags for when they’re finished! If you go here, you won’t be disappointed!!
I am so thankful for Henry and all his help with the Cherry app for self pay patients! He has helped me save so much money and I’m so thankful! Plus all the staff and dentists are truly AMAZING! If you need a dental office I HIGHLY recommend Valley Wide Dental! They will make you feel SO comfortable and welcome! You won’t regret it! Thanks again Henry!!!!

Entire staff is wonderful! Very polite. Everyone is very welcoming & informative. My daughter was well taken care of by each individual with care. Her procedure went very well. I wish there was an option to give more stars!
The best Dentist and workers. I called cause my 16 year old was in bad bad pain they got him in at 11 on Tuesday 6, 2026. They care about you and wants to help get you comfortable. They took care of him and got him another Appointment on Wednesday 7th. They go beyond to do what they can to make you feel comfortable and out if pain. The best dentist and nurses and alot better than Decatur Associates Dental. They have gotten 180% of my votes. Love them and appreciate them so much. I just wish they knew how much I appreciate them for going out their way to make my 16 year old feel a lot better.
Everyone there is the best! If it wasn't for Valley Wide my child would still be in pain. Our procedure went so smoothly. I love how they also made my child comfortable before doing the work. Thank you!!
I had a horrible experience with Dr. Taylor and his staff their inexperience. His dinner technicians is horrible. I paid almost $5,000 for some dentures that doesn't fit. The girls smashed them out of my hand so now they are not going to fix them. I don't recommend anybody to go there day off the chain. Bad experience. I don't advise anybody to go to Dr. Taylor and Vanna White dental service. Find you another route. That's the post
