My first visit at Vancouver city centre dental was perfect. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All professionals helped me a lot, very attentive and caring. Definitely recommend!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chen for a few years now. As someone with extreme dental anxiety, it’s been hard for me to find a dentist I trust. Dr. Chen is the most patient, gentle, kind dentist I have ever been treated by. Today she removed my top two wisdom teeth, something I never thought I would do as even fillings take me weeks of mental preparation. She was fast, made sure I was comfortable, and most importantly the entire procedure was pain free. I highly recommend this clinic, and specifically, Dr. Chen.
Hygienist today was extremely gentle.
Really bad experience. I got a filling done here in late April, and it fell out within two months. When I called about this, the receptionist promised to follow up with me the next day — but no one called back, and when I tried to reach them again, no one answered. The dentist did mention that my bite might cause issues later and will not look good, but a filling lasting less than two months is unacceptable regardless. I expected at least some accountability or follow-up, but received neither. Very disappointed with both the quality of work and the lack of solution and communication after.
I have been seeing Dr. Mark Suyama since 1998. I really like him and he is very professional and kind. I have never had a bad experience with his practice over all those years. His office is very spacious, modern and beautiful.

Love this dental office because of Avi! She's been the best hygienist I've seen since a kid and why I keep coming back. Mark is a great dentist, too. They both take the time to listen and address any concerns with proper advice.
I have frequented countless businesses over the decades, nobody has impressed me as much as the wonderful people working here. The kindness, patience, and care I have been shown is seriously unbelievable. If this isn't your dentist, you need to switch over asap. Everyone is so warm and welcoming and more than happy to help explain things. The only surprise is they don't have a perfect 5.0 rating.
