Very disappointed. I was told I couldn’t be seen because I hadn’t been there in the last 18 months. That policy is frustrating, especially since they had no issue finding my records and identifying me as a prior patient. Life happens, people move, insurance changes, and then come back. Turning away returning patients over a time cutoff instead of helping them re-establish care feels unreasonable. I expected better flexibility and patient-centered care.

I was seen promptly. All staff remembers were genuinely friendly. Dr Vann has set the tone of professional care. I’m very pleased with Dr Vann and everyone at Vann Family Dental.
