Van Family Dentistry has been such a blessing in my dental journey. From the moment I arrived, the team was patient, calm, and incredibly attentive. This review is long overdue. I moved away from North Carolina several years ago, and only after leaving did I fully realize how blessed I was to have been a patient of Dr. Vann. She was consistently kind, reassuring, and truly gifted at putting me at ease. Her approach made a lasting impression on me and set a standard I have yet to find elsewhere. Very disappointed. I was told I couldn’t be seen because I hadn’t been there in the last 18 months. That policy is frustrating, especially since they had no issue finding my records and identifying me as a prior patient. Life happens, people move, insurance changes, and then come back. Turning away returning patients over a time cutoff instead of helping them re-establish care feels unreasonable. I expected better flexibility and patient-centered care.

I was seen promptly. All staff remembers were genuinely friendly. Dr Vann has set the tone of professional care. I’m very pleased with Dr Vann and everyone at Vann Family Dental.
