First time customer. I can’t say enough about the whole staff, Dr Varella was fantastic, his assistant which her name escapes me was very friendly and soothing, lol. Amber was very friendly as well. Would never hesitate to go back in the future. It’s nice to deal with people that have great sense of humor.

It has been a while since I left a review. As always...Dr. Varella and his staff were very professional and caring. I have been using Dr. Varella for almost a decade and the level of service has remained at a constant 'Exceptional". I will always choose Dr. Varella for any Endodonic procedures whether in or out of network.

Exceptional Care with Outstanding Results! I cannot say enough good things about Varella Endodontics and Dr. Claudio Varella. When I was dealing with a cracked tooth and needed a root canal treatment quickly, they got me in the very next day while every other office I contacted was booked days or even weeks out. That level of responsiveness alone was impressive. Dr. Varella took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood exactly what was happening. His attention to detail, skill, and professionalism were evident throughout the entire process. My primary concern was saving the tooth, and Dr. Varella truly went above and beyond. During the procedure, he made the decision to use a special composite material to stabilize the tooth, which ultimately allowed it to be restored with a crown rather than facing more extensive replacements. His expertise and willingness to make the best decision for my long-term outcome meant a great deal to me. What impressed me most was the level of personal care he provided. He gave me his personal phone number and encouraged me to contact him if I had any concerns. When I sent him a text with a question, he called me back almost immediately. It's rare to find a doctor who is not only highly skilled, but also genuinely invested in the well-being of his patients. A few days later, he personally brought me back for a follow-up examination, carefully checked everything, and took the time to explain the issues I was experiencing and what to expect during recovery. I never felt rushed and always felt like my concerns mattered. Dr. Varella's combination of expertise, compassion, accessibility, and commitment to his patients is truly exceptional. I have complete confidence in his abilities and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone who needs endodontic treatment or dental surgery. I had a root canal performed at Varella Endodontics, and the entire experience was excellent. The procedure was very comfortable, with no pain or discomfort, and Dr. Varella and his staff were professional and pleasant throughout the entire process. I also really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this office. There was some initial miscommunication while verifying my insurance benefits, so I paid the full cost of the root canal upfront. I own Savino Insurance Group, so naturally I pay close attention to my insurance and EOBs. When I received my EOB, I noticed that my insurance had actually covered nearly 90% of the bill. I called Dr. Varella's office, and before I even had to ask for anything, they told me they had already processed a refund check and it was on its way to me. That really impressed me. When you have a great dentist/endodontist, an honest office, and a great insurance agent making sure you have the right coverage, that's about as close to a perfect world as you can get! Excellent care, great people, and an office that does the right thing. I highly recommend Dr. Varella and Varella Endodontics.

Dr. Varella sets the standard of care extremely high! As having root canal with other Dentists in the past I can say that Dr. Varella is the absolute best making it absolutely painless! I would recommend Dr. Varella to my closest friends and family as he has gained my trust and confidence 100%! Dr. Varella has an extremely capable, able and willing staff that makes every part of of the visit from making the appointment to follow up care if need a stream less/flawless process. A good friend of mine who is a well known and respected doctor once told me “all doctors are not created equal” which Dr. Varella’s magical like work reminds me of how lucky I am to have come across him. His practice should make other dentists and endodontics reevaluate the way they do things and take a lesson from a true master of the trade.

Dr. Varella is wonderful. I was one of those patients with a particularly challenging tooth, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He saw me on two separate occasions, taking the extra time and care needed to achieve the best possible outcome. His expertise, patience, and commitment is truly exceptional. I highly recommend Varella Endodontics. Complicated dental issues are highly stressful. I felt taken care of from start to finish. Dr. Varella put me at ease and explained the root canal procedure in terms I could understand. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and attentive. Dr. Varella's assistant was also lovely. "Outstanding" experience with Dr. Varella & entire staff. I had a molar with abscess after a previous root canal and was extremely nervous going in, expecting a painful procedure. Instead, the entire procedure was surprisingly smooth and completely pain-free. Dr Varella is clearly very skilled and was able to save my tooth. Thanks Dr. Varella!
