I really didn’t want to leave this review - I had dental implant surgery here, which went fantastic! Dr. Vasallo and the dental assistant are amazing! I CANNOT SAME THE SAME for the quality of the denture implant (or the receptionists attitude when you call, but they tell you it’s family when you complain about her so that’s that). It has been just about 3 years that they were finished, and since then - I’ve had to bring them back to Vasallo for repair 3 different times. Twice, one of the tooth’s on the implant popped off (same tooth, even after the first repair), a few months after that 2nd event, my top denture implant cracked in half, so I asked for records to go elsewhere for that repair because I was moving. That was 3 month ago (March). TODAY, the same tooth that they previously repaired twice, popped off again!! And I am not the only one, my sister and her husband had implants done as well, procedure was great, the quality of the implant - GARBAGE. They both have had them crack, split, etc, it’s not right for the price one pays for this service to be fixing them in such a short span of time. I know many other people with implants and it’s 10 years before something is typically seen. I will be filing a complaint with the Bette Business Bureau as well.
