Vero Dental

I have had a great experience at Vero Dental. Dr. G did my crown and it was the least painful dental procedure I have ever had. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

I went to this office a couple of years ago for pain I was experiencing in a specific tooth. I received a cleaning and spent 99% of the visit with a dental hygienist. During the few moments I did see the doctor, he was dismissive of my pain because he was unable to identify its source. I left that visit questioning whether my pain was even real. A couple of months later, I went to a new dentist who performed a few tests and identified a small hairline crack in my crown that was allowing food and liquids to get underneath it, causing the exact pain I had described to the Vero Dental team. No healthcare provider is perfect, and I understand that a diagnosis can sometimes be missed. However, what bothered me most was having my pain dismissed simply because its cause wasn’t immediately apparent. That dismissal led to prolonged pain and additional costs. I can’t help but wonder what role unconscious bias may have played in my experience. The next dental office I visited had a Latina dentist who believed me from the start and took the time to investigate my concerns rather than coming up with reasons why I must have been wrong. P.S. Based on the responses to other critical reviews, I fully expect the dentist to post a response explaining why my account is incorrect or why my experience should be interpreted differently. Whatever response follows does not change what happened: I came in with pain, my concerns were dismissed, and another dentist later identified the source of that pain.

Extraordinarily kind staff, positive/clean environment and quality efficient visits. Was recommended Vero by my cousin and have not heard of a single negative experience. If you're local, find a reason to go here.

Dr. Giuseffi and his staff are phenomenal. I went in for 2 temporary crowns. After I went home, one began to hurt so badly, I wasn’t sure how I’d sleep. He brought me back in, noting I shouldn’t be in as much pain as I was and did a root canal. The procedure was painless. He and the hygienist checked in on me during both procedures to make sure I was comfortable the whole time. Additionally the front desk knew who I was when I came back and helped process me so quickly, with kindness and empathy. It was so refreshing to have this experience. Thank you Vero team!

I always have a great experience here! As someone who is scared of the dentist and usually cries uncontrollably, I always feel at ease here. The whole team is awesome. Emily the hygienist is friendly, gentle, and explains everything so well. Esmeralda at the front desk is also a gem! Love watching great British bake-off during my cleanings! This is the clinic that made me no longer scared of the dentist!

I had a great experience with Dr. O’Brien and her team during my recent dental cleaning. Dr. O’Brien was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered my questions, and was very thorough without making the visit feel rushed. The office was clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the staff was friendly from check-in to check-out. You can tell they truly care about patient experience and quality care. My cleaning was gentle yet extremely thorough, and I left feeling confident I was in great hands. I would absolutely recommend Dr. O’Brien to anyone looking for a dentist who is knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely cares about her patients.

I felt genuinely cared for every step of the visit. Dr. Obrien took the time to really listen to my concerns, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and informed. My First visit to Vero Dental after arriving in Colorado recently. Decided on them thanks to Google and favorable reviews. The Office is super clean, the equipment is very modern (no more XRay apron!), and the team is very friendly and professional. Big fan!
