Cassandra was phenomenal! Great energy and wonderful experience. I feel like such a nerd that I brag about how much I like going to the dentist here. I just had an appointment and could not be happier. Sky did an amazing job! Once again, I feel like a nerd because I like going to the dentist? :D I might sound like a nerd, but I love going to Vibe! Always friendly and the service is great! Thank you, Sky!!! Had to get a filling today and had an excellent experience! Dr Raiffe was kind and quick! Vibe has excellent staff! Always a pleasure at Vibe! Pam did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and keeping me informed about some trends she was seeing with my brushing. The receptionists were friendly and fabulous, as per usual!

I am so fortunate to have found this dental group. Always so caring, efficient and professional. I especially love that they are open every day to provide options for my schedule and have the newest equipment available. Love Dr. Lee and Dr. Ngo!

Excellent payment plans for members who don’t have adequate insurance, I went in to get a partial adjusted and ended up scheduling a cleaning, which is needed , very nice and respectful experience, will definitely recommend

I’m not too fond of the dentist, but they made it a much more pleasant and comfortable experience for me. They laid out the plans and treatment options and were easy to schedule with. They definitely put a lot of effort into the vibe, which makes sense! Happy to have a new place to get care!

I was in a terrible accident and needed emergency services to fix my broken front tooth and Vibe Dental has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They got me right in, placed a temporary crown and worked with a shade match company to get the permanent crown shade just right. Subsequently, I have moved my entire family over to this office and everyone has been more than happy. I think the best part is the "vibe". They play music videos in the lobby and exotic destinations travel vids in the each of the individual rooms. Its a little girly with hot pink furniture and decor, but I love it! Everyone has been amazing from the front desk to the dentist! I am forever grateful to you all for helping me through one of the lowest points in my dental history.

I saw dr lee and veronica and a very nice blonde lady who took my xrays im sorry i didnt get her name. Great vibes happy office. Friendly front and back desk staff. Convenient scheduling 7 days a week. Im so glad i found this place and will be coming back. I wish i could give 10 stars

Vibe took me in on a moments notice for an extraction. I was having a hard time finding a dentist that would do an extraction without putting me to sleep. All staff are so inviting and informative. The dentist himself had a great Vibe about him. I was so comfortable it was like talking to a friend. I am so appreciative of this amazing team. I set up an entire treatment plan with Vibe. They now have a new, loyal, customer. Thank you Vibe. Vibe is also a small family owned dentistry. This i support 100%. Thanks again and I look forward to getting my dental work done with Vibe.

I had been going to VIBE Dental for a while and up until recently we had good experiences there. Unfortunately, after the way Dena spoke to my daughter, I can no longer recommend this office. My daughter was told by your office that she would receive a free cleaning because of mistakes that happened during a previous visit. At the time, the manager, Wendy, specifically told her to come back in four months for that cleaning. Now the office is refusing to honor that, even though Dena confirmed that there is a note in my daughter’s chart stating she was granted the free cleaning. What was most upsetting was the way Dena spoke to my daughter on the phone. She was rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. No patient should be spoken to like that when they are simply trying to clarify something your office told them. To make matters worse, our insurance already covers our routine cleanings. Your office is willing to lose multiple patients — and the insurance-covered visits that come with them — over honoring one cleaning that was offered because of a mistake made by your own office. Because of how this situation was handled, both my husband and I will no longer be patients here. Losing three patients over one cleaning that your office agreed to provide is honestly unbelievable. It’s disappointing because we previously liked this office, but respect and professionalism toward patients should always come first. The business also deleted her review. Do not trust them with your health care.
