Nicole was amazing. I had to have a root canal. My temporary came out twice from the specialist I went to. She solved the problem and my temporary held fast. She really has a talent for making you feel comfortable and does excellent work!

The entire staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Mrs Hope is fantastic!!! She was so sweet and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout all my visits. This was my first time seeing Dr. Park and he was also very kind, patient, and reassuring. I have anxiety about dental visits and procedures, but the whole team made the experience much less stressful. I truly appreciated their compassion and care!

I’ve been going to Elk Grove Dental Group for about a year now. I was one of those adults who stopped going to the dentist when I was young (like before highschool) and never went for years until I finally got insurance. I have DeltaCare which Elk Grove Dental Group takes, and I chose it because as an Asian Woman I wanted a Dentist who was also Asian and a woman. I have Dr. Vu as my Dentist and she is quick and honest while still being empathetic. I know I need to take care of my teeth better and she delivers news in a way that’s not shameful and shows she cares. She’s very efficient while also explaining medical terms and reasons in an easily digestible way. I’ve had to schedule a Scaling& Root Planing which was an intense procedure that took me over 2 hours but I was well taken care of. At first, they sat me down and discussed all the estimated out of pocket costs for the procedure and any future procedures I’d have to do which included routine teeth cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction. I had a lot of questions cause as we know, dental care is expensive, but they were kind and listened and answered with great patience. For the Scaling &Root Planing procedure, they listened when I was in pain and administered more pain relief shots. I also scheduled Wisdom Teeth Removal and took out all four of my teeth at the same time, the procedure took less than an hour total and I don’t remember any pain or complications. Recovery went smooth and my check up 2 weeks later was quick and showed no complications. I return to Elk Grove Dental Group every 4 months for routine Teeth Cleaning with Hygienist Lupe and she is kind, personable, and patient. I was nervous so I prefer explanations for every step of the procedure and Lupe answered them with ease. I feel comfortable with her and well taken care of. The front desk team are always so helpful when checking in, setting up appointments, and when they call/text for reminders too! I was helped by Erika last time I went and she was not only fun to talk to but quick so I was in & out no time.

We have always received excellent care from everyone here. We wholeheartedly recommend them all dental needs.

Dr. Johal is amazing! And let’s not even talk about her assistant, Silvia—OMG, she is the sweetest person I’ve ever met. They both made me feel so comfortable and welcomed from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional care!

Jamie is an incredible dental hygienist! She is incredibly thorough, taking her time to clean every single corner of my teeth and gums. What sets her apart is how unbelievably gentle she is—I didn’t feel a thing during the entire cleaning. If you want a meticulous clean without the discomfort, I highly recommend asking for Jamie!
