I’ve had, once again a great experience. I’ve been a regular client for 3 plus years. They’re my Dentist and it feels great to say.

Roxy was awesome today, Village Dental is always quick and reliable but treats you like a VIP.

I love Village Dental! This is my go-to dentist spot and I have recommended it to a few others already. I don’t see myself using a different dentist even if I change boroughs. The receptionist, hygienist, and dentist are all super friendly and take great care of me. I always get a goody bag with oral healthcare supplies and they offer fun trinkets (eye mask, lip balm, earplugs) to make your visit more pleasurable

Dr Tony Clarence was great, I appreciate his patient explanation and surprising sense of humor, a bonus for my visit.

I had a wonderful experience at Village Dental! Everyone—from the reception staff to Stephanie, my hygienist, and Dr. Clares—was so warm, communicative, and thorough. The complimentary hydrating eye patches during my cleaning were the cherry on top, and the fact that they also offer earplugs for patients with dental anxiety really speaks to the level of care and consideration they provide.

I love Village Dental! Every single staff member I've interacted with is always so kind, patient, and willing to help. Going to the dentist can sometimes be stressful, but not here! I've been going for a couple of years now and never plan on switching. Special shoutout to Dr. Clares and Roxana who always do a fantastic job!

They were so helpful even though I called them last minute they were able to accommodate me. Super grateful, very professional, wait time was zero. Everyone in the office was extremely friendly and helpful. They helped me out with everything I needed in just one visit. Also was very affordable and they were able to give me an estimate of what I’d be looking at before I came in when I called, which reduces the stress when it comes to unexpected expenses. Overall, would 100% recommend to anyone in the city. This sounds like a paid add lol, I’m just very thankful

Disappointing billing after 6 years. I’ve been a loyal patient for cleanings, but won’t be returning. The office estimated 50% insurance coverage for a new retainer but failed to offer or submit a formal pre-estimate to insurance, despite repeated requests for insurance confirmation. Had they done so, I would have known I was NOT covered. Now, I'm stuck with a surprise bill (hundreds of $$). I've been very happy with the clinical staff, but I can no longer trust their financial estimates for non-routine work.

I really enjoyed both my visits to Village Dental. I was nervous to visit the dentist here after recently moving with so many options in the city, and immediately they made my experience super comfortable and laid back. They even give you a heated eye mask or eye patches which makes you feel like you’re at a spa. I recommend!

I cannot recommend Village Dental more. If you are someone who has any nervousness about attending the dentist, this is the place for you. The staff are so incredibly compassionate, kind and professional it makes going to the dentist a real treat. I see Dr Kaufman, she’s amazing and recommend her to any and everyone.

Superb service! Even before my visit, the office reached out to make sure my insurance was in order. Then from the moment I walked in, everyone I came across greeted me kindly, poised and ready to answer any questions I may have. My hygienist, Roxanne, was so hospitable and helpful during my visit! This was my first time at Village Dental. I switched because my previous dentist was a large corporation with multiple offices that felt so impersonal. Village Dental was such a personal and welcoming experience. I already can’t recommend it enough.
