Very clean and organized clinic. The staff are kind, patient, and professional. The assistants were friendly and helpful. Dr. Mona is extremely kind and very skilled at her work. She did an excellent job and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I had a great experience and highly recommend this office !!!

Formally documenting several unresolved issues with your office. These include refusal of service, an improperly installed crown, and misrepresentation of available treatment. Specifically, your office provided written consent paperwork authorizing X-rays and a tooth extraction, indicating that care would be provided by the scammer doctor Bilal. Based on that representation, my mother traveled to your office by bus and on foot. Once she arrived, she was told that no doctor was available to fix the tooth. Upon me calling the doctors office, spoke to rude office manager Nadal who who stated that Dr. Bilal does indeed come to the office once a month which confirms my mother was lied to At this point, I am requesting a prompt and appropriate resolution, which may include referral at your expense, or a refund for a horrible installation. If this matter is not resolved, I will proceed with seeking legal counsel and filing formal complaints with the state dental board and applicable consumer protection agencies.

Wish I could give more stars! Seriously the nicest, most gentle and sweetest staff ever. They went out of there was to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I drove 5 hours to go here because of my anxiety with the dentist and boy did it pay off. Never thought I would say this to a dentist office but….Thank you so much and I look forward to seeing you guys again very soon.

Finding a go-to dental office is hard but I can gladly say that Village Dental has taken care of me well. I had a loose filling and they were able to handle it next day really quickly. Their receptionist teams are so helpful and with staying in contact and making sure my needs are met. I also enjoy having Dr.’s Mona and Karim. They both are such a pleasure to talk to and definitely are very gentle if you’re nervous. In general, everyone in the office is fun and welcoming. This office makes me less afraid to go in for my check ups and they definitely are helpful when I have questions.
